Been buying the bean, rice and cheese burrito for years. But the last few times I’ve purchased them they are just cheese sauce soup with a tablespoon of beans and some rice. The cheese spilled all over my jacket as I was trying to eat it. Yuk. I used to love those burritos! They used to look like the picture! I crave the ones that like like the picture! Absolutely awful! They just renovated and the soda machine is broken, they decided to change the shell for the chalupa and now apparently they have a meat shortage. If you want to spend your money on all lettuce and a tortilla shell then this is where you want to go.

Got what we ordered but the kid at the drive through acted like he really did not want to be there. I get it, no one wants to work but at least some sort of acknowledgement of customer service would be nice. He handed me my bag of food, no smile, and didn’t say a single word. Meh, I guess it is Taco Bell after all.

They are very slow… the customer service is bad. When you’re in the lobby they don’t take your order it seems like you are at the bottom of your priority list. Almost every time I’ve been in I’ve had to wait 10+ minutes for a simple order.
