THIS particular Taco Bell truly sucks. Just saying. I have a family of 8. Now I just go to Oregon City Taco Bell. It’s actually not that bad if a certain person is not working. There is one employee that should NEVER be on the mic and causes the entire order to be a mistake from the jump. Doesn’t listen, cuts you off every time you attempt to speak. She does it to EVERYONE.
The line is your home for a solid 20 minutes, always. Sometimes more. And it is a disaster.
They asked us to pull to the side where we sat ANOTHER 15 on top of the 20 minutes.
Every single item either being wrong, sloppy and/or gross.
They actually completely turned me off from Taco Bell that I have to take a break for a while.
I saw several complaints of tiny portions.
THAT is a REAL problem here. To the point that I pay for double sour cream and double meat and BARELY receive a “normal” serving. I pay for extra sauces, they REFUSE to give them to me. This is a toxic taco joint to the point you can plan on it Oh yeah, the CHICKEN NUGGETS are bomb!

Delivery driver here, waited 40 minutes after letting them know I was there to pick up an order. They were busy during dinner, however they used their 2 slowest people to pack the orders for lobby/delivery orders. They prioritize drive thru first then anyone who places an order in the restaurant before they touch anything delivery. I had to wait until everyone who walked in after me was served and there were no customers left in the restaurant before they started working on it. Asked to speak to management about it and the kid who made and handed me the order said he was the shift leader. So I asked to speak to the next person higher in charge. They told me that person was too busy packing orders on drive thru to speak to me. Finally after some insisting they sent someone else over. I do not have confidence that after speaking to them that anything will improve but I felt like something needed to be said, especially after reading other reviews it seems to be a common occurrence. Management needs to figure out how to prioritize and expedite orders properly and train their team. Nobody should have to wait 40 minutes for an order at Taco Bell.

No thanks for the minuscule amount of meat in the street tacos, hard/stale outer shell, and stale Fritos chips in my steak burrito.
Also, 4 Fire sauces is never enough for 2 people.

The customer service here really needs worked on. I’m not usually the type to complain and I was a manager at dominos for 4 years so I know fast food work sucks and sometimes the customers suck. But the service here is terrible. You can stand at the front for 40 mins and nobody ask you if you’ve been helped. I do DoorDash on occasion and no matter what day or time, there’s always such a long wait meanwhile the people the just ordered are getting their orders first. I just don’t understand. Not sure what higher ups can see this but please work on the customer service. Please and thank you.

Update: This place has been completely been redone inside, outside, and even parking lot. It looks amazing. Great job!
First remodel: since the remodel it looks a lot better inside. Seems more open and spacious. Added pictures of the new and improved inside.
OLD review: Nothing particularly wrong but it’s the only taco bell that hasn’t been updated. The place is quite dated. The plus side friendly staff a d my order was correct.

Came into Canby to visit my aunt. Had been thinking about getting the “come back” tostado, like the old days, and one of their new menu chicken tacos. What a disappointing JOKE. The taco was a flat greasy mess. If it had chicken in it you wouldn’t know it. The tostada was the most disappointing thing I’ve ever seen. I was shocked. Looked the tablespoon of beans was smeared on the shell like mud. Lettuce chunks and literally no cheese. After arriving at my destination I showed my aunt. She was appalled. That’s when I grabbed my phone and Google Taco Bell canby, then read the reviews. One after the other was negative and worse than the one before. Pictures of the food, you have the audacity to serve, looked as bad as mine. How is your manager still working? Why haven’t you fired the food the food assemblers? You should all be ashamed of yourselves. I need to be compensated!

I normally don’t write such negative reviews, but the incompetency at this Taco Bell needs to be called out. I picked up a DoorDash order and they handed me the food… then acted completely confused when I asked for the drinks that were literally on the order. They made me stand there for 30 minutes, 15 minutes after when the order should have been ready/ picked up, just to “figure out” that they hadn’t even started my order and then an extra 10 minutes more to actually give me the drinks, after they finally have me food. The employees claiming to be the manager pretended to understand me at first, then apparently couldnt understand my request for the managers name, and outright refused to give it to me, or even a number for complaints.
It’s not hard to read the full ticket and hand all the items together, and I can understand a few moment difference, but that long is ridiculous (in between going back to the food line to make tacos and blank stare at me). Instead, I’m stuck waiting around while customers who came in after me got served first. Totally unprofessional, totally avoidable, and a complete waste of time. Do better.

Came thru the drive thru for my lil brother, this is what he was given for the new crispy taco box. I turned around and went back to Taco Bell. Went to the window, the gentleman working the window was great, but the lady working the line told me “only one scoop of ck” then recognized I use to work at that Taco Bell , laughed and said that’s what you get. I said “like that” n showed her the food again and she said yes like that…. After I asked one more time for some better made food for my lil brother and then she made the tacos.
Oscar in the window was an All-Star the lady working the line tho needs to leave or take notes from Oscar!
