This has been our favorite burger king until now. We came around 9 and ordered $50 worth of food for 2 adults and 2 kids. Literally EVERYTHING was cold, dry, rubbery and stale. We kept tasting and tasting and hoping at least one thing was salvagable. But not a darn thing was apatizing. We literally ended up going to mcdonalds instead and threw all the food away. We will be attempting to dispute this with our bank to get our money back and will not be returning to this location.
Also, the guy who took our order wasnt terrible, but had low energy and we waited at the window for 10 minutes for him to take our card, and to get our food. And you’d think, with it being dead and not busy at all, the food would be fresh waiting that long which is what we thought. So who knows what they were doing that entire time because the food had clearly been sitting for at least 2 hours. No way it was fresh at all.
Considering all the bad reviews and how much we were actually really rooting for this place, I will be reporting it to the BBB. Hopefully we can get some better staff in here.

Slowest fast food in the city… I’ve been waiting half an hour in the drive through for an online order placed 10 minutes before I arrived at the store.
Edit:After an additional 15 minutes I finally got my food. Unfortunately my fries tasted like burning plastic smells. I couldn’t get the image of a frustrated and overworked employee throwing a whole unopened bag of fries in the fryer out of my head, so I threw them away. The maple bbq whopper was phenomenal at least.
I don’t know who owns this business, but it’d probably be in your best interest to spend a month or two at the store to whip the place back into shape.

Joaquin took my order through the drive through and was not only the NICEST Burger King employee I’ve talked to, but probably the nicest person I’ve ever talked to. He was so so so sweet and I didn’t realize the one on n lacrosse closed at 10. Got there at 9:50 (I am not that type of person so I felt really bad) he was so nice about all of it. Please give this man a raise.

Went through the drive thru to order a halloween themed shake( i know now there isnt one, thanks to the rude response from the drive thru order taker “we never had one”!) Simply could have responded by saying that there is a halloween themed sundae but then what made me really disappointed was the woman that took my $3 in disgust because i ordered 2 ice cream cones instead. Then when i was grabbing the coins, she also couldve just dropped the coins in my hand instead taking her sweet time so moved my hand up a little more and its like she had to touch me to drop my coins and i dont like to be touched. The person was not her to hand me my cones, thank god. She made it so awkward i will never return to this place ever again!

This used to be the best Burger King in town. Not sure when that changed. I’ll be posting a picture of the BLACK onion rings I received today in the drive through. Truly disgusting. Not to mention the burger had 2 top buns and the buns were burned.

Pulled up to the drive thru and was asked to wait. Watched two cars pull up in the other lane and get their orders taken before me so I reversed and left. This has happened twice in 2 months and I won’t be returning.

Every time I give BK another chance I am severely disappointed, and this visit was no exception. Besides them not having a deal that was advertised on their website, the lobby was closed and there was A SMALL CURLY HAIR IN THE ONION RING BATTER. See it in the photos.
