Took literally 30 minutes for them to make my one taco. The cashier was nice and did all that he could which is tell me over and over again that my order will be ready soon. several other customers who ordered party boxes all got their meal before mine. Also my taco was very cold in most areas but very hot in a few small areas. It had barely any flavor. Would’ve taken me 30 seconds to make one at home.

Great service. Fast and friendly. The restaurant was extremely clean, and the sauces, napkins, and utensils were fully stocked. The food was well prepared, and they didn’t skimp on the meat like some Taco Bells tend to do.

I do not recommend ordering online. We waited over 40 minutes for our order and many people came and ordered and received their food before us. The cashier was rude and dismissive of our wait and concerns. We like the food here and have had positive experiences in the past. We’re just incredibly disappointed with the service.

I had their Steak Chile Verde Fries for the first time and it was good! When one of the staffs gave me my order, he forgot the drink cup. His attitude was not was I expected. There might be a little potential to improve their customer service. Overall, I had a good lunch time. Thank you, Taco Bell 🙂

Worst Taco Bell on Oahu. Service is always super slow. Employees don’t seem to know what they are doing. The location is super small and always crammed full of noisy high schoolers. Order generally gets messed up too.

Woman Manager is rude. Ordered on the app soft taco and hard taco took 45 mins. I ordered before 4 large parties did and my order was handed out 20 mins after they ordered. They muttered stuff under their breath after I asked where my order was. Extremely unhelpful.

I love Mexican food and TacoBell is always my go-to snacks! I like how fast their service is. My all-time favorite are their gordita crunch and beefy melt burrito 🙂 One thing they could improve is probably to have more tables/seats or they could probably expand their location.
