Got an order delivered and I’m waiting this review out of dismay. I received all my items, unfortunately they were horribly assembled, wrapped, and placed in the bag. No napkins, utensils, sauces, etc. Order prep also took 45 minutes for five items, four of which were burritos. Saving grace is that it was semi yummy. Their potatos though were rock hard, boo.

Longest drive through on the entire island, will have you waiting and stuck there in the drive thru for an hour. You can’t even turn around because the parking lot is so small. And it’s not like you can just go inside, you will still be blocked in by the drive thru line wrapping around the building. Not to mention them barely even knowing English.

Absolutely Pathetic Wait time. Workers were not communicating. Chef was on her phone not paying attention to online orders. Customer Service was terrible. Waited 45 minutes for three things. Will never again be going to the Kaneohe location.

That’s why I go to Waikamilo now on the way home from work. Food cold, but I just have to nuke it when I get home. At least I’ll be home before I get through the line at Kaneohe Taco Bell

I have stopped here twice in 1 &1/2 years I’ve lived this side. Hands down the friendliest TB I’ve ever visited! Today at the drive through the guy said special on drinks for happy hour. He sold me!!! I was hot & tired but darn the suggestion of a soda was spot on. He is so sweet at the window!!! Make this guy a manager or do something awesome for him because customer service like this does not exist anymore. I will stop by there for the friendly service anytime I’m near!

By far the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to after living on both the East and West Coast. Food has a burnt oil taste, indicating they are not managing their cookers correctly and if you peel back the onion I’m sure you’d find more health hazards with this franchise and owner. Taco Bell corporation needs to do an immediate investigation as to the way this franchise is run as I will be calling a health inspector ASAP due to their lackluster care for food quality.

For a taco bell my experience was excellent. I came in around 9:30 pm for a late dinner. After I ordered I got my food within 2 minutes. The place was pretty clean although the napkins and sauce were almost out. They started to clean up when I was eating and they started playing music in the kitchen. The first song was gangsters paradise which made me laugh a little. Overall the food was good and so was the experience.
