This location including the Manager are very unprofessional and DO NOT wear gloves when preparing food. Please Sir (Manager) please refrain from being rude when a customer is asking a question. I perceive there was a delivery lady asked to secure the bag before leaving and he was very upset. She was very nice asking but Manager with his staff were laughing and communicating in their native language stating negative comments. I understood because of being bilingual!

Havent ate KFC in years, doenloaded the app and placed an online order because I figured id try it out again. Get here and grab my food from the pickup station, bag is sealed so I cant see if I had a straw, grab a straw from the drink station and start getting yelled at by a worker (older hispanic male bigger set) telling me everything is in the bag, Ive already touched the straw and its already going in my drink and I said I couldnt see if there was a straw so I wanted to be sure I had one, he continued to yell at me in front of customers to the point they were staring at him over and over saying “AND I SAID ITS IN THE BAG ALREADY”. It was a damn straw. Threw a fit and yelled at me about it, I just said okay thats fine and left. If you want chicken go ahead and go to popeyes or chicken express, Im deleting the app and will not be returning to any KFC again, now I see why I havent ate here in years. This occurred on 1/5/2026 @ 12:20pm for reference to management (although Im positive this guy is a manager, absolutely horrid one at that). I never asked for help or to berated on MY lunch break, thanks for ruining my day and the chance of me enjoying this meal.

The dining room is well maintained and clean for dime in. The L5 menu option had hot out of the fryer fish and chicken. Oh so tasty, as well as the hush puppies too. The 2-piece breast an drimstick were big pieces. The biscuit and cole slaw were very good too. We will visit this KFC/LJS again. It was that good!

Thought it was a good idea to ignore the reviews and give the location a try. Placed an online order, wings were all soggy and wet, tasted horrible. Placed an online request for refund. Got a call from a person from the location asking why I complained about the order and didn’t address it immediately. Sorry but food and customer service just 0. Don’t waste your money or time.

Arrived at 3:14 pm, parked, go to open the front door (labeled for “online orders only”), and it’s locked.
Get back in the car, head over to wait the drive-through line…
Finally reach the order mic at 3:29, I told them I was there for my online order…and I’m told to go to the front door…
Drive over to the front door…it’s locked… eventually an employee comes to the door and let’s me in. They tell me my order is *ALMOST* done…
I didn’t return to my vehicle with food in hand until 3:42.. HALF AN HOUR AFTER my order was noted as “ready for pickup”.
The employees were fine but to make matters worse, the place was disheveled, and in need of cleaning.
Save your money, AND YOUR TIME, and go eat somewhere else!

I would give zero stars but it’s not an option. Drive 15 mins to get here, arrived and they acted as if they were closed and it was only 8:45pm. Once I ordered I waited 35 min for my food only to get home and realize half of my order was missing. I arrive back at the kfc and then have to play 21 questions with the same darn lady that made my order in the first place . $60 for terrible service , disrespect and gas wasted , just close this location at this point.

My friend works here and the things I see are awful, DO NOT EAT The coleslaw or the mashed potatoes or the chicken I hope you know that they pick out all the rotten parts from the chicken and just deep fry it and sell it to customers this place needs to be shut down ASAP. Also, whenever they make the coleslaw they have it in big bucket from Home Depot, there’s probably sawdust in it whenever they mix it, they use their bare hands and get their hair all up in it, Also, the pay here is the worst so don’t think about working here… also the chicken is 10% meat and 90% bones

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this store was horrible to visit today. I arrived at the time for my online order and wasn’t even greated on entering being the only customer in store to pick up the online order. I stood there for a few minutes until a gentlemen finally noticed my presence. Seemed English wasn’t his primary language based on how he was communicating with me. He asked for the name of order and I provided. Then waited for about 5-10 minutes without any other communication. He came back and said drink I ordered was not available, so selected another drink. My son’s drink was incorrect as it was missing from my order where they didn’t have Milk or a Capri Sun for him, didn’t tell me before I left the store. I went back in store to correct order since I was missing my son’s drink and waited for another few minutes at the counter until someone acknowledged me. The staff seemed annoyed with my presence there.
This is the worst KFC I have ever been to and I will never be back to this KFC store again. Guess they have nothing better to do than sit over and play with their phone while customers just watch them on their phone, at least the drive thru employee. The store was not busy at all and makes me wonder why, but now I understand based on my latest experience there. I recommend visiting another KFC, unless you want to potentially receive your order incorrectly or feel like you are bothering the employees, then visit another KFC.
