I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this store was horrible to visit today. I arrived at the time for my online order and wasn’t even greated on entering being the only customer in store to pick up the online order. I stood there for a few minutes until a gentlemen finally noticed my presence. Seemed English wasn’t his primary language based on how he was communicating with me. He asked for the name of order and I provided. Then waited for about 5-10 minutes without any other communication. He came back and said drink I ordered was not available, so selected another drink. My son’s drink was incorrect as it was missing from my order where they didn’t have Milk or a Capri Sun for him, didn’t tell me before I left the store. I went back in store to correct order since I was missing my son’s drink and waited for another few minutes at the counter until someone acknowledged me. The staff seemed annoyed with my presence there.

No matter what you order, expect to be in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes. It takes an abnormal amount of time to even order food. After ordering, expect a long wait. My last three visits had me there at least 15 minutes. Today, I was second in line, my total time spent there was 18 minutes. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location

Ordered 4 chicken sandwiches online for pickup. Received one sandwich with 1.5 cold chicken tenders. Two sandwiches with 1 tender and the last sandwich had what looked like the other half of the tender and two nuggets. I don’t know in what world that is acceptable but we are never going to this location again. We have requested a full refund for our orders and will issue a bank chargeback if we are not refunded.

Worst purchase experience ever. Ordered online ahead of time by one hour and parked the car at the designated pick up spot and unloaded 3 kids and the entrance door is locked. Told us we had to go to drive through and reloaded 3 kids and was told at drive through the order is not ready and to go park the car and come inside the restaurant. Unload the kids again and go inside only to be told after waiting 5 mins they didn’t have crispy chicken and only had regular. Just took what they had and left. Ordered over an hour before pickup and they still couldn’t get the order ready. They didn’t even bother to look at my order till we showed up. Worst part after all that is the batter wasn’t fully fried properly and you can still taste the powder. Ended up airfry the chicken again so we can eat it. Never again!!!

I ordered online. I followed the instructions on the app to go into the store to pick it up, but the door was locked. I stood there for a moment staring at multiple employees who definitely saw me. I went back to the car and tried to call them. They kept picking up and hanging up.

Being that this is the only KFC that’s in the area I arrived at 9:40PM to order food and got an automated message indicating the store was closed. I then pulled out the line to see if the door was unlocked and it was locked. The store is set to close at 10PM. Perhaps the employees need to revisit training regarding how to run the store.

Long wait and when I get to the window there was two African American male and female fighting and being loud. I took the order and went home then I found out they gave me the wrong order, I came back with the wrong order and the guy did not even say sorry. Also I waited another 30 minutes to get the correct order. Those two they don’t deserve to work at KFC or anywhere they unappreciative. Unprofessional staff not what so ever. They are rude.
