While visiting Tahoe, I tried to get my usual Taco Bell order and it is the worst crunchwrap I’ve ever witnessed . I can’t eat it, it is disgusting and full of orange liquid. It was not folded properly either so it was completely falling apart. No lettuce, no sour cream, no pico. Just an inedible soggy disgusting disaster.

Spent $80 and it was bad even for Taco Bell standards. Glad the plastic bag was recommended, lifted the paper bags out of the plastic bag and the bottoms were soaked through. The tacos weren’t wrapped right spilling what was in the tacos onto to the floor, and every crunchy taco was split. Do not recommend.

Good for a quick bite. The food is ok. Tried a new chicken bowl. Honestly Taco Bell was at is best when it offered a smaller menu of it’s best items. Taco, burrito, tostada and beans. I try other things, they are expensive and just not worth it.

It was snowing outside and finally had some food here. The time we were waiting, server specially came out to ask if we’ll be fine if it’ll take 15-20 minutes to get beans ready or we would like to change it with something else. That was very nice of him. Staff was really friendly. One more good Taco Bell.

I’d say just avoid this taco bell and choose somewhere else to eat. Staff made it difficult to make a substitution from steak to beef, then when I received the food it had barely any meet just mostly sauce. Staff do not care about the food. Ordered a box and received wrong items in it as well. Not trying to be harsh, I understand it’s fast food but this experience was not great even for a taco bell.

When lazy crew members didn’t want to help me place my order at the counter he stepped in like a true professional and helped me eagerly.
All the staff need to be talked to immediately! When I tried to use the kiosk it didn’t work. So I asked if someone could help place my order. One of the ladies said: “Use the other kiosk, we are busy!” I told her that is unprofessional and that I don’t have to use the kiosk if I don’t want to. I’m not an employee and she needs to stop being lazy. This happens everytime I want to eat at this location.
Preston was so nice and said he’d be happy to help me as soon as he was done preparing an order. He deserves to be recognized by the company. As I watched him work, I can tell he’s the only person who truly cares and takes pride in his work. Thanks again Preston. Keep up the great work!

When i worked for FedEx i would come out of my way to come to this location because the service is fast, people are awesome and the food seems to always taste better. Thanks guys for always being top notch!
