Absolutely disappointing experience. They never pick up the phone, which makes it impossible to fix issues. My order was missing items, and the food that did arrive was messed up and poorly made. This isn’t a one-time mistake it feels careless and unprofessional. If you’re paying full price, you should at least get what you ordered. Very frustrating and not worth the hassle.

The nighttime staff here is absolutely the best! Even though they didn’t have coffee available, they went above and beyond and hooked me up with a free taco reward AND a free slushie. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Super friendly, fast, and genuinely made me feel taken care of. This location has earned my respect-I’ll definitely be coming back again. Above and beyond service every time!

Highly disappointed, especially after spending 20 mins in line with only 6 cars; one buritto had hardly any beans and cheese, but super heavy on the rice, while the other had barley any rice. Not to mention, 1 of my burritos had the sour cream on the inner part of the fold instead of actually in the burrito -_-

All I wanted was an iced coffee, it was up on the menu, but not on the stupid kiosk that you now have to order through. My supervisor had to get assistance in order to complete his order due to the meal option not actually giving him a drink with it. All in all not great. Will not eat at any place that relies on kiosks as the only means of making an order.

The nighttime staff is judgmental and rude! I go there a few times a week as I also work evenings/nights, and sometimes I just want something quick on my way home. EVERY TIME I get teased and ridiculed about my order, which is usually the same thing each time. Sometimes I’ll add a drink, sometimes not, and when I don’t? “What no drink this time?” Or if I happen to order something different “oh wow you changed your order”. I don’t spend my money there to be ridiculed and judged

Service is terrible, attitude is worse. If you wanna waste gas by driving around the parking lot back in the drive-through line come on down to Taco Bell where you can get a burrito full of eggs. disgusting.

Just had there, chicken Chalupa and potatoes soft taco potatoes were very dry even hard to chew and chalupa was not well cooked at all I think both things was on the shelf from hours
