Been working on Halloween decorations so I didn’t have time to cook. Went to Taco Bell for something good, I thought, and wanted to try something new on their menu. Definitely not impressed with the service and quality. My Nacho Fries were put in upside down, and the new Mikes Red Hot Tacos were just Cantina Tacos with the crispy chicken. No Red Hot at all. Definitely not impressed with this. The fact that fast food workers make $21 or more per hour to make food and clean a store is ridiculous. It’s like more pay made people dumber and quality of food went DAY DOWN.

TL:DR – This store is the one you want to visit!

I used to really like Taco Bell but, in recent years the quality has declined significantly. I came to this Taco Bell after delivering with a friend, and was extremely pleased with the experience. This door was clean, and the staff was professional. It is definitely worth coming to this store, over other Taco bells in the area. Like the one downtown, which has a skinny Ron Jeremy for a manager and the store is gross and smells like a baby’s dirty diaper.
When I visited this store I ordered two crunchy supreme tacos, although when I got to my destination I realized the order one of the items had been exchanged for the wrong item. This can be an issue to receive the wrong item, especially for people with allergies. I Came back to the store to confront the staff about the common mistake, and the response exceeded my expectations! Manager did when I considered to be the right thing, and overall I would say this is a Taco Bell to come to eat.

The only concern, is that staff works very hard to keep things good but because of the good quality standard, it’s a popular store and has a large quantity of work/customers. I wouldn’t say they are understaffed but the staff does have to work very hard.

Professional, clean, delicious. I’ll be eating here again.

Our order was incorrect and the customer service skills were far below basic. She threw the bag on the counter because they had to correct our order. The food came cold out and our cashier apparently hates her job. She should do something else with her life, something without human contact. She gave Taco Bell a bad name and we will never be returning to this location.

Sat in line for almost 20mins without moving, thankfully we were still so far back we were able to leave and go to the one on Dana…where we had our order in less than 5mins. I understand staffing shortages can happen but thats usually due to bad management. We watched 4 other people leave before we did. If this were the first time I would chalk it up to a bad day….but its not, and I have completely given up on this location.

I’ve come to the conclusion. All these taco bells are identical. The only thing that sets them apart is every now and then you will find one that has excellent staff.

3:30am-4:30 AM is a CLOSED time and Unable to take any orders. Don’t claim to be open 24 hours and then not be able to take orders for a full hour! We waited in line for 30 min to be told unable to take any orders. Anderson Taco Bell said the same thing so we came to Redding and got same response- but unable to get out of the line here due to cars NOT MOVING!

For the price taco bell charges now I would at least expect to get half the food I bought but instead I got 1/3 of what I ordered. Spend 30 get 10 dollars worth of food
