I went in with EBT the guy was messing with the computer then opened the drive through window and said they no longer accept EBT. HOWEVER it was posted on door also drive through speaker. I paid with another card . I ordered 2soft taco supreme’s and received my food not like other Taco Bell’s do, the tortillas were never warmed and I had no tomatoes or sour cream. When I called them they were just as rude to me as when I went through the drive through! As you can see but the pictures they were thrown together and don’t match the receipt!!! DONT go here! They are rude, uncaring and don’t follow their own rules. They don’t even make the food to standards!!!

Friendly staff, no broke down cars in parking lot, clean restrooms. Daniels positive, outgoing and manners is why I’m rating this store. It’s just a Taco Bell after all but he was very polite and engaging. Thank you Daniel for going out of your way for us customers.

Night crew staff here are amazing. They give out the best portion sizes and don’t skimp out. Most Taco Bell’s give out small sizes of food for more but not this one. This goes out to the owner, do not change a thing.

If this location is consistent in anything it’s getting your order wrong and not even offering hot sauce. Girl at the drive through even read back my order and still got it wrong. Customer service is very clearly also not her strong suit, was about as welcoming as a dead skunk.

Yoo, let me tell you, the night shift at the Auburn blvd taco bell is high quality. Bruh at the window is chill, and whoever in the kitchen I flippin love you. I’ve never had a better nachos bell grande. EVERY TIME MY FOOD IS EXCELLENT!

If you want taco bell with the best customer service inside, this is the place! I think is name was Daniel (long hair and beard) has superb customer service! Checked up on me and my lady multiple times to make sure we was good like a dine-in restaurant. Give this man a raise and the recognition he deserves!

Apparently the night shift manager has decided not to take ebt in drive through said I need to come in but the lobby is closed at 10pm. She was lazy an just didnt want to have to come put her pin in so the cashier could finish my payment. Idk whats going on at this location I come here almost every night and never have experience such a lack of customer service. The worker give off the vibe nun of them want to be there. I want the team back from 4 months ago that used to smile an have good energy not some grumpy ppl. Taco bell come we can do better ive worked fast food for 15 years an the employees you guys have at this location aren’t it they lack customers service an the thrive to do there job correctly. I was in the lobby 1 night an the manager or who ever he was, was using garbage bags to empty an ice mechanism out now I have my food handlers as a manager an know thats unacceptable

oh my God your whole restaurant smells like sewer. I don’t know if there is a sewer line broken but the whole inside of the restaurant smells like discard. Don’t do that to your employees that is foul. You need to fix whatever that smell is going on inside of the restaurant from the broken sewer line maybe open the doors and air something out.

I haven’t been to Taco Bell in forever but was craving some nachos. I ordered the Nachos BellGrande with no beans. For $8.18, I am very disappointed. There was hardly any cheese or “meat” on my nachos. Most of it was just chips. For the price, I expected better. I should have just gotten nachos from California Burrito from across the street instead.
