Dishes at this cozy Pan-Asian eatery with a patio include sushi, pho, curry & familiar Chinese fare.

The hotdog-style sushi roll was such a creative twist — playful, indulgent, and surprisingly well-balanced.
The Panang curry was rich, creamy, and packed with that perfect sweet-spicy balance.
The coconut soup (Tom Kha-style) was warm, soothing, and full of depth. And to end it on a sweet note — crème brûlée.
Would absolutely come back for that curry (and maybe another sushi roll

Been going for years, quality of service & food never disappoint. Sushi is great, love all of their tuna rolls we’ve tried tried a few summery drinks on our last visit – peach and watermelon martinis, loved the ! Fun to sit outside and at the bar !

Best Chinese food ever! Izumi is hands down a 10/10 — the food and service are always top-notch. Everything is consistently fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The crème brûlée is absolutely delicious — the perfect way to end the meal! Lisa is my absolute favorite — she always goes above and beyond! She remembers my family, greets us with a smile, and makes every visit feel special. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I cannot recommend Izumi enough! I’ve been coming here since they opened so long ago and at this point I’ve tried nearly everything on the menu. I mainly go for the sushi but the sesame and general tso chicken is also always a good option! My go to rolls are the Batman roll, drunken tiger, crazy Smokey, & the rising sun roll! The staff is always amazing! If you come on the weekend for dinner, expect a little bit of a wait but only bc this is a favorite spot for so many in the area. I’ve tried so many sushi restaurants but this one will always rank at the top of my list and is always consistently great quality! ❤️

If you’re looking for authentic Asian food, I cannot say this place is authentic but it’s not bad for the Towne Lake area. My friend and I were seated outside in the covered patio area. I ordered the sesame chicken with broccoli and rice. I will say their places have really inflated since the last time I visited though. Before, if you ordered a dinner entree ($15-20ish), you got a soup or salad included. Now, they charge you $1 extra to add a soup or salad. They also charge you $1.50 extra if you want fried or brown rice instead of the included white rice. My dish was $18.95 and that was the bare minimum. The food quality was decent, our service was okay. For the price I paid, I would’ve expected better service.

It’s a clean place, but the atmosphere is nothing special. However the food is terrific. For lunch I had miso soup and a vegetarian roll. I was afraid this wouldn’t fill me up but I was satisfied. The menu of sushi options is enormous. Everyone enjoyed their food. Service was efficient and prices were reasonable. There’s a large enclosed patio and a big parking lot.

Had a great time with a fantastic dinner as we sat outside on the patio for our anniversary! The plates could have been cleaner, but I could easily overlook it for how refreshing the outside air was and how delicious the food tasted. We ordered steak and shrimp hibachi with fried rice and couldn’t get enough of the well-seasoned dish (I ate every single grain of rice). Our sushi rolls tasted fresh and everything was served quickly. Would return again.

Delicious, fresh, fragrant food served in a clean, beautiful chill but chic environment! Really nice menu, friendly and super fast service. We ordered and it felt like they walked our food to our table just after the server finished taking our order. Ginger dressing was particularly good. My Singapore noodles were some of the best ever-soooo much food! I ate so much and STILL brought a box home. My dining companion had hibachi and they looked almost reverent as they savored their food. I loved the very diverse crowd here. It just feels good when you see a mini United Nations represented-? Definitely saw some serious sushi on the menu for my sushi loving friends. Menu had great selections but easy to navigate. Definitely need to make this a regular stop. Price was good for the value. A little higher than another noodle or hibachi shop but the quality was on point and the portions were huge.
I really like Woodstock area and the adjacent Town Lake Community. Very family friendly.

I just picked up 1st ever order from Izumi and it will be my last. The lady at the hostess stand was incredibly rude because I did not have the ticket # readily available and acted like I was the dumbest person on earth. Excuse me for assuming all you would need is my name. Then the food omg the food. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Seriously. I ordered the hibachi chicken fried rice. Nasty. It was so oily and just had a gross taste. I don’t even know how to describe it. With huge chunks of chicken that did not taste good at all. The lady at the front was the 1st impression of your establishment and it wasn’t a good one and then the gross food sealed th deal. Definitely will never be back. I want my $ back!

Tonight was our first time eating at this restaurant. .. it’s always so busy, so we wanted to give it a try. Honest review – food and service were okay. Fried rice was similar to Panda Express, my hibachi was sodium heavy (and I’m a salt lover)… for the price, the portions were small. For three meals, and one soda, our bill was right around $77 after tax/before tip. Not sure we’ll return, but we can now say we tried it.
