Came here few times before and had several problems with my order being wrong. Tonight I ordered four items. 1 wrong and 1 being missing. I also did not get my receipt as well but I know I was charged for missing and wrong item. Came back to fix order and I also ordered one new item with no tomato. I check the one new item I ordered and sure enough there was a handful of tomatoes. The cinnamon twist I ordered were cold and undercooked. I could not eat them because of how hard they were. (You can tell they are undercooked by how small they are) Learned my lesson and will not be returning to this location.

Worst one ever… bad customer service went there to order food for my kids specifically told them no cheese my daughter is allergic to cheese and got cheese on her tacos … ordered mango freeze got Baja blast instead … asked for my burritos grilled got them not grilled cheese quesadilla barely has cheese my kid is eating basically a grilled tortilla my chalupa is harder than a rock can’t even take a bite… they are suppose to make new chalupa shells every 15 mins yet this one seem to be just sitting there getting hard for like a few hours…. Called the restaurant to talk to the manager… she was no help bad customer service won’t be coming back here ever Again considering the fact I come here at least 3 times a week for the last 15 years .

I wanted to try the big cheez it crunch wrap combo but they told me it was an online only deal. Definitely not true because looking online it’s not listed under online only. All these places want you to order online for the best prices and deals. I’m already here. Give me those deals. Makes you want to say forget it and go somewhere else. I got the grilled cheese burrito bell bundle instead. It was alright. The portions are so small now. Fast food is no longer fast and no longer cheap.

Went here bout a week ago ordered and I didn’t leave the parking lot until I checked my order and they forgot my burrito. I go back through the line and they give the burrito. I get home they also had forgotten my tacos on the side. Went back up there they give me the tacos and a couple of coupons. I looked today why the coupons they gave me been expired for almost a year 12/31/2023.

This Taco Bell is FOREVER forgetting food from your order. I check quickly thinking its all there and of course, two items are missing. If this wasnt the only one near, I would definitely go somewhere else.
