Spent 45 dollars and got trash. My food was a mess. Didn’t know how to eat it because there was sour cream all over the chalupas to top it off one of the chalupa had a piece of fur on it like it was dropped on the ground, was missing one hard taco, and the soft tacos had no meat in it, the nacho bell grande chips tasted like it was there from two days ago. Everything was thrown in the trash. My husband and I are very disappointed and surely won’t be going back to this taco bell nor will we recommend anyone to go to this location on mack rd in Sacramento. It was the most horrible horrible experience especially on a super rainy night and time was 10:30pm even though the restaurant was just 5 mins from home we did not want to go back to have them remake our food because we did not want the same people making our food and being a waste for the second time. I have shared some photos of the food I bought from the Taco Bell on Mack Rd in Sacramento CA.

I ordered a nacho bellgrande, not sure what was going on inside. I got home to find my nacho bellgrande consisted of meat, chips and cheese. I immediately called Taco Bell. A young man told me one moment. I remained on the call for 1 hour and 40 minutes (to give them the benefit of the doubt) no one came back. I heard a female ask Bianca if she had clocked out, yet no-one picked up the phone to assist me. Others were trying to reach this store as I heard the beeps…

Really terrible customer service. I ordered a breakfast burrito. They didn’t have
eggs. I asked for a replacement. They offered me a bowl of potatoes.
After telling me I had to get a refund in the app, they proceeded to mark the order as “completed” so I could not cancel the order via the app.
Spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to get a refund via the app & then went inside to speak with the manager. She’s like 20 years old, looks like a letter, and dgaf.
