I’m extremely disappointed of Subway today. I visited the place before going in to work today. The girls, 2 of them, were talking about someone I assume from the conversation that worked there. Stood there a couple mins before they come to help me. They continued talking about the same person. One was doing more of the talking the other just stood there listening. All of the veggies, what was left of them should have been trashed and refreshed with new stuff. It was almost completely empty including the meat. The spinach was slimy. The lettuce only had a couple pieces left at the bottom and the girl tried to pick up every piece of it instead of getting fresh stuff out. The talking never stopped. I through all the veggies away before trying to eat it. I’m so disappointed in you guys. Most people are on breaks from work and can’t stand there and wait while your people are distracted and not doing their jobs. And having fresh food up there should also be top priority. Do better guys!

Have eaten here multiple times and the sandwich artists have always been friendly and created delicious wonderful subs.

Though subway has gotten very expensive, I can’t blame that on the individual store.

Definitely one of the best looking Subways I have been to in a long time. Everything was clean, even the way all the ingredients were stored and handled. It was spotless. You could see frost on the tins that were holding the the cold ingredients. I oreder the baja chicken sub and it blew me away how good it was. It might just be a sub to a lot of people but I dont usually eay subs and it was one of the best lunches ive had here in Marion. Im not from the area so Ive been trying a few different places around here, mostly the small local places. Staff were nice, respectful and professional. They both washed their hands after every sandwich made. It was a delight to just be in such a clean subwayml, honestly.

I asked for extra lettuce for my veggie sub…worker *barely* put any on the sub the first time. Worker picks up a very small and I mean SMALL pinch of lettuce like 4 or 5 strands of lettuce, and sprinkles it on my sub. I look at the worker and said can I get extra lettuce please. (This has never been an issue at any other subway btw) Worker looks at me with an attitude and says really… I said yes PLEASE. Worker then looks down at the lettuce and then over to the other staff member and begins speaking in Spanish, I guess they assume I don’t know how to speak Spanish . After having her conversation she then put what she thinks is extra lettuce on the sub, if you count yet again a pinch extra! I do not appreciate their attitude and how they conduct customer service. I will not be returning, I’m tired of having to ask 2 to 3 times for extra lettuce or spinach for that matter and still not get it. Good thing I never get a salad there because I would only end up with a few pieces. ‍♀️ 1st lesson of customer service is don’t argue with the customer!! Btw I would have been more than happy to pay extra for for adding extra veggies if it was such an issue. But like I said above, this is the only subway that has ever acted like this. No wonder this place only has a 3.9 star rating!

BEWARE: Owner now refuses ALL Subway coupons! Also, good luck finding the owner to voice your complaints. I plan to though.

What a shame. Used to like this one. Had great service, well, at least one worker.
Another GREEDY franchise owner ruining a spot. WE do plan to complain to Corporate office. Maybe it won’t fix him, but maybe it will help them know their overall customer base isn’t cared about by franchise ownership.

Any of you out there who support helping one another please share this post and hopefully make a difference for one another.

So i usually have no complaints about this subway specifically, however i went by there tonight and they’re not supposed to be closed until 9-9:30 but when my bf walked in to get my food they told him they were closed and my thing is why would you keep the door unlocked if you’re closed..idk maybe it’s just me but where I work we lock the doors at the time we close so people KNOW that we are closed

Used the app to place an order. I picked up the order but didn’t check it ( my mistake). I get home and only one sub was correct. My salad had no lettuce and 3 leaves of spinach and one of the expensive 12 inch subs ($13.79) was only a 6 inch. I was very disappointed will not be back.

Stephanie Bingham should be very proud of the three you women working Sunday 5/30 during an exceptionally busy Sunday lunch rush. If not a raise, a bonus is in order. They worked efficiently and were warm and kind in the face of some rude clients. Oh, and my sub tasted great. Nice work, ladies.
