If you actually come in you’ll be waiting 15 minutes for your order while they get drive through orders out ASAP. When the lobby is closed they fail to reflect that on the app and ask you to walk through the drive through which is stupid dangerous, and the lack of bike locks is bogus.

Somethings changed here. Used to be really great but now I think management has changed. Every time I’m here there’s doordashers waiting for 20+ minutes at the pick up counter. Order was wrong and I brought it up with them they reluctantly remade the order but then was only half the portion size I guess to spite me? This taco bells accuracy used to be really great but now prices have gone up portions down and service generally down. 2 stars instead of 1 because the older lady at the front was very polite and kind to me and apologized when she didn’t need to instead of just laughing like the others

Worst Taco Bell I’ve been too. The employees are so beyond slow. Constantly stopping work to talk to eachother. Physically moving as slow as possible (and a few of them using loud vulgar language). Theres no reason why a small fast food order should take 20+ minutes when the restaurant isn’t THAT busy.
