I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but being the only car in line at 6:30pm and a small order the bad service and attitudes don’t make sense. I ordered 2 tacos, Mexican pizza and a burrito. Asked for shredded chicken tacos, was told with attitude they only have grilled, perfectly fine, accept got some mixture of beef and chicken- gross. Food was made very poor and customer service even worse, no “thank you” just bad attitudes because I am assuming they had to take my order…guess that’s what you get nowadays especially from taco bell, this one in particular.

I went inside. I ordered on the kiosk and wanted to pay in cash. After 4 minutes, I finally just laid my cash on the counter, as no one would help. THEN I get my order… for a CHEESY DOUBLE BEEF WITH ADDED STEAK…
that is literally nothing but rice. Next time, since I’m paying almost two dollars to add the steak, I’ll be sure to tell them NO RICE.

The new cheesy dipping burritos pictures of items are very misleading/ borderline deceptive in comparison to the actual size that you receive. In the photos for the item it shows somebody holding two of them in their hands and they look rather large but obviously as you can see with the sauce packet as a representation of the items scale. They are very small this is one of the two that you get for $6 just so people are aware of what they’re actually getting for their dollar’s worth.

A near new location right off the freeway. The site has a dedicated turn only entrance so it’s not as scary to get in as I thought it might be. The parking lot is a bit small but was spotlessly clean. Lobby is small but also was spotless. Service was fast and friendly and the food was well prepared and visually appetizing. A perfect well run location!!

We ordered online and when we got home we noticed that we were missing items from our order. I don’t know if this is common but someone needs to be more precise while putting an order together. Specially if the order is kind of big.

FOOD: Order was correct and food was good!!!
Service: Slow (seems they were under staffed)
Atmosphere: Drive Thru is tight. Pick up window only has a pergola over it, so when it rains, EVERYTHING & EVERYONE gets wet! Parking Lot is small and awkwardly configured.

I normally do not do these kind of things, however I came in on Saturday and received the best customer service from the Manager I don’t remember his name, he was middle aged, short hair. black shirt, and had glasses. He was attentive, friendly, outgoing, and definitely went above and beyond while I was at the store. This was not just with me but with every person I saw him interact with, he was engaging, moving from side to side, coming up front and back in to the kitchen. This isn’t the first time here and seeing him work like that. Food was hot, fresh, made very quickly, and there was a great sense of team work, between him and the employees I observed. I will definitely continue coming here as long as I keep seeing employees work, and treat patrons like him here.
