I’ve picked up orders from this Taco Bell so many times, and I always end up waiting a really long time. They’re always late and always slow. Every single time there are a bunch of delivery drivers just standing around for 30 minutes, and it feels like nobody there can do anything about it.
It really seems like they make orders out of order and don’t care about completing delivery or app orders on time. They act like they always prioritize the drive-thru first, and even the drive-thru has a huge line.

Super slow during most parts of the day. There’s an older guy in the mornings sometimes that seems to run a tight ship and is extremely chipper. But in the evening or night you can get rammed.
Twice now “black bean crunchwrap” is no black beans, 80% lettuce, 20% sour cream. Even asking extra nacho cheese, they give none.

Possibly the only thing worse than the customer service is the food preparation. The drive thru worker could not have been less hospitable if he tried. It was obvious that work was a great inconvenience to him. Food prep? Order was wrong and minimal effort was used. I understand this is taco bell, but at least try.

Missing food in my order, this has happened multiple times now. Tried calling to complain but no one answers. Check your orders before driving away because the workers here clearly don’t care enough to. Also, the parking here sucks & the drive through line is always way too long.

This taco bell is okay at best, they have busy periods, Taco Bell employees should be wearing hairnets along with the gloves to keep hair out of the food. I went to today and ordered a grill cheese burrito and i went to take it out of the wrapper and found someone’s hair in the burrito, it was partially under the melted cheese and partially folded in to the burrito. It’s the first at any restaurant that I found a hair in my food. If Taco Bell employees have to wear gloves they should have to wear hairnets.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. 45 minutes for wrong orders every time. Always a the longest waits I’ve ever seen. You could literally go sit down and eat then come back and still wait for your order to get ready. Don’t know if it’s just old, high schooler staff, or they just dont gives pennies. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!

I was in the line for 40 minutes. I attempted to add a burrito on for my son at the window, they told me they wouldn’t do it any that they already made our order, quite aggressively. And my Dr Pepper was not carbonated.

Worst Taco Bell in the area.
Ordered 3 burritos, a Crunchwrap, and a quesadilla for the kids. When I was ordering I asked for a quesadilla with no sauce. The guy taking my order said “can you repeat that” so I repeated myself, ever time I re-said the order he just kept asking me to repeat it. He finally says “I’m just playin with you” after 4 attempt to order 1 item.
I finish placing my order while they serve the bicycle that’s 2 cars in front of me in the drive through.
I get to the pickup window and the guy said the fryer is broken. Okay, no big deal he removes the item from my order. I get the food about 10-12min later.
As soon as I leave the drive through I notice the Crunchwrap is missing. But I have no receipt so I cut my losses and go home. Open the burrito to find they put no meat in it and smashed it. So it’s just smashed sour cream and cheese.
Now I’m not thrilled.
Then I open the quesadilla for the little one and it has no cheese and it completely burnt and rock hard.
Paid for 5 items and only 2 were edible.
Guess they can only handle putting beans and onions in a tortilla. Anything beyond that, good luck.

8/4. 4$ borrito has more tortilla than x whats inside. First 2 bites all tort so i opened to find praticly nothing! They sold this as a $1 borrito a few yrs ago and it even was bigger. Discusting… no worth the $
