I ordered from Panera via Uber Eats. Our sandwiches had the bare minimum amount of ingredients. One half of my steak sandwich had a single piece of meat on it. This was a $14.00 entrée, and I find it hard to believe that they would have served this to someone in person because it certainly would have been returned.

While the clerk was very nice and friendly, she kept the same gloves on while handling money and wiping her face repeatedly. She then handled my food without changing the gloves. While bagging my items, she dropped the cream cheese on the floor and then picked it up and put it in the bag next with my bagel without wiping it off. Kind of gross.

Just wanted to get 2 coffees! Stood there for more than 10 minutes. And no one took my order the employees just walked around fully aware of me waiting for someone to take my order. A customer came to the register while i was waiting and complained about her order not being complete they gave her what she was missing but still no interaction with me not even to ask me to wait or to tell me someone would be with me eventually!!
