I Love❤️ this Panera Bread ☕️ location. It’s nice, fancy, lots of room, has a fireplace, chill, I see a lot of people like to hang out here all day chill and do there homework. Also, people who are at Panera for business meetings. Excellent✨️ choice. I love how this location is out by Jefferson Pointe❤️ by the mall ✨️ The customer service is excellent and the employees are very nice, kind, and friendly. It’s a fun hangout spot and great to talk to people/your friends, etc. I Love❤️ this Panera Bread ✨️ ✨️

I ordered a large order from Panera a week ahead of time with specific instructions on the order through the Panera website on how to get to the building at the address listed. I was not aware that Panera outsources their deliveries to Doordash. I was contacted by Doordash and the delivery driver could not find my location and would not communicate with me on the phone to give her directions on how to get to the building. I contacted Panera about the issue and was told there was nothing they could do since Doordash does the deliveries. The customer service person said they would try to contact doordahs and get back with me. 45 minutes passed with no contact or delivery of the order.
Now Panera is not answering the phone for a status update or to be able to refund my order. I made this order well ahead of time thinking that it would give plenty of time for communication or clarification if needed. Now I am waiting to get a refund on an order we will also not receive. If a company is partnering with an outsource delivery service, shouldn’t there be some way to communicate with the delivery service if there are issues? It also sounds like the Doordash drivers do not receive the delivery instructions that are on the Panera order since it is through the Panera website. I am dissapointed with the processes of how this was handled and the lack of accountability for the service Panera outsourced to.
Edit: I did receive a call back. The Doordasher stole the order. Panera did offer to remedy this. Doordash is always so sketchy in general. I try to shy away from it whenever possible.

I recently started getting breakfast here again and they have really improved! The new breakfast sandwiches are delicious. I got a chai latte as well. Definitely an upgrade!

It was very clean, and had a pleasant ambience to it. The food was simple but delicious, and the kettle chips were divine. Just the perfect amount of salt on them, and only about 3-4 ingredients just as they should be.
The green tea was the real star of the show for me. It was scrumptious and had a nice balance of flavours. There was no music in that place which was just as well because you could tell everybody was having a good time. Even the people sitting alone were enjoying themselves.
More places need to be like here.

My better half, and I frequent Panera. We love the Chicken Bacon Rancher sandwich. We always order that sandwich, and a bowl of soup. Yesterday I ordered the onion soup and got food poisoning from the soup. won’t be eating there any time soon. You lost a frequent customer, Panera. Sorry but what else are you letting slip through the cracks.

Would really love to keep giving this location a chance but for the last year or so I rarely find what I want made and ready. Years ago cranberry orange muffins were so popular they started having them year round, well not any of the times I’ve been at this location lately, including 8:00am on a weekend! Now when pumpkin is the big seasonal thing, nothing, not an item to be found at 10am on a weekday. When a place is open all day and these items are on the menu, especially during the season, WHY DO YOU NOT HAVE THEM IN THE STORE!

Every time I’ve ordered bagels for delivery, they’re always rock hard, never soft, ever. Is this what they think people want? Hard bagels? It’s even hard to slice through them with a steak knife. Not going to order bagels anymore from Panera, ever.

I walked In and instantly fell in love. The whole place smelled delicious. The staff was very friendly.
I ordered the Bbq chicken flatbread, it came as a meal so I had gotten chips and a cookie along with a small pop.
The sandwich itself was amazing, the chicken was very tender not dry. Bbq sauce was decent, a bit too zingy. There was French onions and spinach. The sandwich was a real nice 9/10. I say 9 just because there was a hint of cilantro in it. Just didn’t taste quite good at the end of the sandwich because of that.
The chips are typical kettle cooked chips, very lightly salted which is nice if you’re on a light salt diet.
The cookie was amazing. But I expected nothing less from Panera.
I would recommend this establishment.
