So I stopped by this Taco Bell kind of on a whim, and honestly, it was a pretty decent experience. First off, the place looked clean and well-kept, which I wasn’t really expecting since most Taco Bells I’ve been to tend to be hit or miss. The atmosphere inside actually felt kind of modern—like there were a lot of digital screens and self-serve options, almost like they’re testing out a new setup or something.

That said, the front door was locked when I showed up, which threw me off. I wasn’t sure if they were closed or what, but eventually I figured out how to get in. Once inside, it was clear they were a little understaffed. The employees seemed stressed, probably juggling too much at once, but they were still doing their best to keep things moving.

The food came out hot and tasted better than I expected—pretty much what you hope for at a Taco Bell. All in all, it’s still a Taco Bell, but honestly one of the better ones I’ve been to. If they had a little more support staff-wise, this place would be solid all around.

First off, I NEVER leave bad reviews. I’ve worked in retail, customer service, you name it. I know how frustrating it can be. However, the employees at this Taco Bell literally just do not listen and do not care. The past 3 times we have come here, our orders have been wrong. My husband has had to go back every single time. We only go here because it’s so close to our home, but we definitely won’t be going back again. We don’t order anything complicated, just regular menu items. Something is always messed up, or left out. This time, they left out two things. When we go it is never busy, and we’re usually the only ones in the drive thru. So, it makes no sense why they can’t complete a simple order of 4 items without leaving things out. Just carelessness. Hopefully management can provide better training, or hire some employees that actually care about their jobs.

Ordered on the app for in-store pickup. On the app it said the order was ready when I pulled into the parking lot. I went to get my order from the dining room and it was closed on a Friday at 11:45 AM.

Only 1 car in the drive thru so I decided to not abandon my order like I usually do. It took 13 minutes in the drive thru to pick up my order with only 1 car in front of me. The food was cold soggy from sitting so long and I went over my allotted time for lunch.

When I brought it to the attention of the employee at the drive thru that I would not have ordered food on the app if dining room was closed. And that they should not offer in-store pickup if the dining room is closed because now that I got stuck in the drive thru I am now over my allotted time for lunch. His response was that I would get back to work sooner if I stop talking then closed the window and walked away. 1 minute late or 5 minutes late is the same write up for being late at my job.

I will never go back to any Taco Bell ever again!
The fact that I have had to abandon my orders at multiple locations because they close the dining room during the day and still allow you to order in store pickup. And that literally trap you in the drive thru with no way to get out. First time in 20 years at my job that I have been late back from lunch. Never again!!!

Came in here to buy some food today. Tried to order my beans on the side but your menu won’t let me do it. Stood there for 10 minutes nobody you could even look up or say hello with two whole cars in the Drive-Thru. Plenty of other businesses will take our money thanks for your time

probably my worst Taco Bell experience in a long time I expected better based on $45 dollars with skimpy represented well and I can tell the employee we’re frustrated. Super disappointing went to the same. Taco Bell in the summertime had a similar experience. It must be a ownership problem.

Super friendly drive thru. I took forever to order and they patiently and politely waited for me.

Once I got my meal I was IMPRESSED! They loaded my nacho fries with the perfect amount of toppings and didn’t skimp out on anything.

I look forward to coming again. I literally went home and bragged to my friend how awesome they were.

ANTS, ANTS, and More ANTS!!!! I wish I saw the ants before I ordered and paid. It was so gross and when the employees were asked about it they were completely indifferent about the problem. Ants were crawling all over napkins and drink straws and walking towards the food prep areas.

Spent the last few days craving a crunch wrap to sadly receive one that was 90% lettuce. I should have taken pictures the lettuce had made it so wet that it all just fell apart. I would have given a higher review but this left me depressed. Can’t even get a decent crunch wrap now days.
