Great experience yesterday! I went through the drive thru on Saturday at lunch time. The drive thru was quick and easy. My order was correct! I haven’t been to this location in a couple of years even though it’s the closest to my house because they used to get the order wrong every time and they used to be so slow. I will be returning to this location in the future. I hope they continue to have great customer service.

If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered 10 chicken nugget meal and 5 of my nuggets were tiny and hard as rocks, they couldn’t be eaten and 1 of the bigger ones was hard as well. So basically I was able to eat 4 out of 10. They gave me one of the sauces and my nacho fries were half full. The food definitely isn’t worth the money. Also, the customer service at the drive thru window sucks, very unprofessional and rude. For $20/hour, the food should be decently made and they should be nice at least. I won’t be going to this location again.

They are remodeling the lobby. Fencing is around the building so it looks closed. I was the ONLY car in the drive through so there was no rush to fix my order. Throwback menu tostada and double decker taco. Tostada slapped together with everything on one side, bare on the other. One the taco the hardshell was broken up and filling mostly at one end of taco.
For $20 an hour labor employees should at least TRY to make an effort to make something similar to the menu photos. I realize it’s fast food, but it’s not hard to do.

I was picking up my order throught the drive through and whichever employee was working on 11/11/25 @ 12:45 pm, was extremely rude and required me to go inside to which I followed instructions. She ignored me for 10 min while my food sat getting cold WHERE I COULD SEE IT. I dont have a problem following stupid rules that no other employee acknowledges but you. However letting me wait like that. I mean this from the bottom of my sould, quit your day job and find something else. Its taco bell and you messed it up. Like its a low bar for quality as is and some how you beat the lowest score. I almost wish they would close this location as they are rude and have disgusting customer service. I hope you all find better and do better in life cause this, this ain’t it!

It’s taco bell so its not like I expected good food but what I got was poor quality even on taco bell standers. And the women who work the morning are rude and will look right at you and completely ignore you. One walked out the back looked right at me while I was waiting at the counter for help and she turn and walked away. Restaurant is dirty as well and needs cleaning. Stood at counter for about 5-7 minutes with every employee there knowing I was there. Walking around, talking to one another. Didn’t get acknowledged until I said something. And the lack of cleaning was alarming. Will not be returning to this location

Definitely the slowest Taco Bell I have been to. They seem to prioritize the drive thru which is great for anyone going thru there, but terrible for those that have to walk in. The only 2 times I have been there, I had to wait over 30 min.
