Not sure what’s going on with this Taco Bell but the eureka one is much better. If your thinking of paying extra for steak don’t, it taste good but you will be lucky to get more than 3 pieces in a crunch wrap. They got my drink wrong and added ice when I said no ice too, lots of room for improvement I guess

quite literally no beans in my BLACK BEAN BURRITO and it’s not the first time this has happened either. this taco bell always does this has never got my order right and does not care at all about the food they are making. they suck so much. id rather go out of my way to go to the eureka one at this point than ever go to this taco bell again.

I’ve had this item plenty of times before, and it’s usually solid. But what I got today looked like somebody dropped a tortilla in oil, slapped two scraps of steak and half an onion on it, and said “good enough.”
Seriously did y’all run out of ingredients, or just run out of effort? This thing looked like a budget science project, not food. I wouldn’t be surprised if the cook was back there building a Lego set instead of paying attention. If I wanted disappointment on a plate, I’d just let my toddler “make dinner.”

I have never seen anyone do their job so well at a Taco Bell. The staff here really care about the quality of the food preparation and the overall customer experience. Nothing like the careless teams I often find down south. Keep up the good work!

So this is still fast food and yes, it is Taco Bell. I travel a lot. Some of my favorite locations for Taco Bell are Lincoln City, Oregon as well as my new favorite here in McKinleyville, California. The dining room is always presentable though it t is pretty small. The first time I ordered food here I was traveling from Nevada to California and I just needed an affordable quick and tasty meal. The biggest thing to catch me off guard was my bean and cheese burrito was actually very hot. The Chalupa tasted super fresh and again was almost too hot to bite into. The cinnamon twists were more than sufficiently covered in cinnamon sugar. OK so same entrées as I’ve had across the West, but the fact that the food was freshly made as the temperature of the food reflected that. so yeah come check them out. The staff was very accommodating.

Thank you for lunch

The people working here need more support from corporate. They are often left without product and/or staff to be able to provide a more positive experience. You made it easy to order. Now you need to improve your ability to get those orders out in an accurate and timely way. Listen to your employees feedback!

Waited twenty in a short line with a minimal order for two people. Doesn’t matter what the food taste like after waiting this long and paying these prices. This place NEVER gets it right. What is it about this location? Crazy

Really nice customer service, the younger man at the front window I didn’t catch his name but he has longer blonde hair. It seemed really busy but yet his customer service was great and he was very nice.

They said my friends name was racist and refused service. Asked to see his id, and him providing his school id (because why would you show someone at taco bell your actual id??) wasn’t good enough to prove his actual name. The woman behind the counter then decided that she felt the need to educate on the history of his name. Which wasn’t needed. Obviously he knows the connotation to a name. But a name in itself is not racist keep in mind. It’s not even the same spelling to the person that comes to mind btw. And they messed up my entire order and treated us very very rude. The gave me someone else’s food. There was food all over the floor and wrappers. There was no hot sauce in the containers. And they did not have a very smooth or fast operation.

Very slow. 40 minute wait. Rude to myself, others. Made wrong drink. Wifes cheeze it tostada was very messy. When my wife asked for manager, the girl said they were very busy. No follow up. Wont go back to that location. Janice Sutterland needs to have general managers retrain their workers.
