The experience at seemingly any Taco Bell lately mirrored the most recent visit here. No staff at the single register, three tablet ordering spots, and 3-5 people working in the back making food. To their credit, the drive-through line seems to move at a reasonable speed, but going inside is worthless. It took 40 minutes from ordering to pickup to get my food, and during that time around 3 people got their food and were equally frustrated. Half the restaurant had its’ chairs flipped over like they were closing, at 5PM, and the general feeling was that the customers were an imposition for being inside. If the food was excellent or the price was great, or the employees were seemingly less frustrated with the customers, it might have balanced out, but when literally none of that is there, it just doesn’t make sense to go back.

I went here 4 out of 6 days just because of course I was busy and acrost the street it was convenient Service in my experience is very much a part of the consumers overall experience and reasons for returning. The customer service increases the quality of the experience and increase return customers . So for myself I would just have to go somewhere else and there’s many other eateries close and delicious with better quality customer service

I cannot believe the level of rudeness I just experienced at this Taco Bell. I was literally standing at the counter for TEN minutes yes TEN while the staff completely ignored me. Not even a “we’ll be right with you.” Nothing. Everyone just walked around like I was invisible. Unacceptable. If I’m taking the time to come in and spend my money the least you can do is acknowledge a paying customer. Do better Taco Bell.

The only reason I’m even giving this place 2 stars is because of the girl who’s working drive thru right now, at 2:40pm on today’s date 11/12/25. I needed to desperately use the bathroom, and I had to ask two girls who weren’t even in the process of doing anything. The first one tells me someone else can help me. The second person I ask for help with opening the bathroom is just walking around drying her hands and then hands me off the the THIRD girl, who mind you, is the busiest one of all and is working drive thru. I’ve worked at Taco Bell before, and this type of service would’ve never slid where I worked. The two girls prior to the busiest one, funnily enough, who had the time to help me need some more training. That’s insane. Anyways, shoutout to the drive thru girl specifically around this time who helped me despite doing the most work and had all the reason not to. She’s got some cool butterfly tats on her right forearm! You just saved my bladder lol

I went today at taco bell and they did all my order wrong and this girl with piercings corrected me many times when in fact she was wrong the whole time. I’ve never had have a problem until now she was rude and kept shade laughing through the meat mic screen. Then when she handed my receipt it was all wrong and refuse to give me a refund of at least correct my order. Plus my tacos didn’t even have cheese it was mostly all lettuce and barely any beef. overall highly disappointed. It was mostly all her. I don’t blame the company but they do need to focus more and be nice to customers. After all we are paying.

Found mold on the inside of a cold nacho fry order. Glad I poured them out before eating.

Check the level of your sauces and make sure your items are all there before driving off. They get stingy with quantity and forget items often. Hold up the drive thru while you check and raise their drive-thru time, it’s important to them as a franchise. Don’t be disappointed later, check your bags

Going inside to pickup an order is awkward and the workers lack a sense of customer service. I stood at the counter in plain view of some of the workers and said “hi” and they looked up then looked back down at their phone. I’m standing at the counter saying hi to acknowledge them and get their attention nicely… but just got ignored until I spoke up again and said “excuse me” …

went in the drive thru @ like 1:15am , homeboy running the window took my ebt card and swiped it and when the machine failed numerous times due to no receipt paper and a failed tap function the excuses became passive aggressive and blatantly discriminatory . bro made assumptions about the cards balance being low and when I asked to check the balance the machine failed again so why you assuming im broke? then said the card was old… the expiratory date is for the year 2059 , meaning the card was just issued . then excuses about how “five other people tapped and it worked” and then ultimately that tacobell stopped accepting EBT a week ago [so whyd you accept the card from the getgo…] and no manager was on shift. yeah bro youre cooked bc ion play that .
