They not only messed up on our order. They didn’t even give us napkins or straws. They took longer than expected and the food was made very sloppy and they put meat when I asked for no meat. And in my opinion I think the young man helping us was high or something. Not what I would have expected from from Taco Bell.

I ate at this Taco Bell on Sperry Avenue in Patterson, and had a terrible experience. Within 20 minutes of eating, I started feeling extreme nausea and severe stomach pain. I ended up with what felt like severe food poisoning.
This was one of the worst food-related experiences I’ve ever had, and clearly something was not right with the food I was served. I hope this location takes food handling and safety more seriously, because no one should have to go through what I did.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful knowledge of menu. They can tell you what foods are in the items they sell. I just wish they had more of a selection. I really miss the meximelt. It was my favorite. I do really like most of the boxes they sell. The chapula supreme and the regular tacos are my favorite go to’s. I really like their steak quesrito too. If they had more of a selection I would have given five stars. The Mexican Pizza is back! Nacho bell grande is tasty! Right amount of everything is on them. The chicken burrito supreme is yummy! I wish they would bring back the meximelt. The nachos bell grande is still good.

Great experience at this location. RUBY took our order and was very helpful and friendly. She answered all our questions. (It took us a while to figure out what we wanted, but we didn’t feel rushed)

They’ve taken service out of the equation like everybody else. I might as well go in the back and get my food myself. They always forget my drink. I have to ask a special favor and wait for the drink person to come around because the food people don’t do that. Taco Bell used to have great service but now it is non-existent. They also let children run wild in the restaurant. I’m talking about teenagers.

And with a family of 6, I throw them some mad crazy orders.

Perfect Taco Bell experience- the man and I ordered $35 of items via the TB app and arrived to pick up. We got a lot of customizations and everything was made as ordered. Every taco/burrito we got was thicc and filled well. I even got a grilled cheese burrito and the cheese was perfectly grilled (not burnt at all). Staff was pleasant and the store and bathrooms were super clean!
Must stop if you’re driving to/from LA!!
