The cost is outrageous but i wanted to love it so I bit the bullet. This is a rebranded a&w. I havent one time went to this building, no matter the color, and felt as if ive gotten my money’s worth. I was excited to try this food but over 20$ for two grilled cheese meals and almost 50$ total to add a 3 piece meal and a chicken salad sandwich. Waited around 12 or 13 minutes for A&W. (THAT IS NOT HERE FOR A REASON..) Spend your money elsewhere. I am happy to say that whatever they put in this building will not be robbing me again. I recommend against this and will not be returning. Pic of the grilled cheese that comes in at 11.50 for a meal.

First of all I just have to say I LOVE what you guys did with the place it really brings out the smokies. I came by Friday night and the 2 girls up front greeted us with open arms and a big smile the nicest I’ve seen in any fast food really. When I received my food they made sure I had everything I needed. My burger was missing a couple of veggies could’ve been the wrong order but the shift manager on shift that night went beyond measurements to ensure I had everything correct with my burger and outstanding hot food. She personally brought my burger back with fresh refills and made sure I didn’t need anything before she continued her job. Service has gotten a lot better guys and I will be back very soon!!

Had a great experience at Buddy Dave’s! The burgers were super juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. You can tell they care about quality and taste.
Also have to shout out the service — the two girls, Haley and the other server working with her, she had black split hair, were awesome. Friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit feel welcoming.

Best quick food in town. Service was great. I had a delicious smash burger and onion rings. Best frosty rootbeer float in a mug. We even had the pleasure of meeting buddy Dave himself, what a joyful dude.

Its definitely an interesting mixed bag here. The fact that it used to be A&W is obvious because of the similar menu and the remaining logos on the paper sides bags. I ordered a mushroom Swiss type burger and onion rings and their root beer
The root beer was really good and it was gone before I knew it. Distinguishable from A&W’s too, which I wasnt sure if it would be.
The burger was actually really solid, I was impressed. Past reviews showed sloppy burgers but mine was a good size, rich in flavor and filling
The onion rings also really impressed me and they were extremely generous with the portion (couldn’t finish them all and I dont get full easy)
Now, they did randomly give me a fry that I didnt order so that helped fill me. They were fine but I dont like fries in general, my sister tried them and was pleased
So, overall I think they deserve a try at the very least. Definitely better than any other fast food burger in that little row of restaurants.

We ordered a deluxe double cheeseburger and a spicy double Dave’s signature smash burger with onion rings. We added a side of chili just to give it a try as well! We we’re so pleased with everything! Definitely will be back and can’t recommend enough!
