The employee working the drive thru (Shane) has such an amazing energy, in my 23 years of drive thru experience I have never had someone joke around and make my mother and I smile like he do tonight. He deserves to be put on the speaker more often. And it isn’t just Shane the whole crew has a glowing energy to them.

Ordered two orders of three taco supreme combos the lettuce had a bad taste to it at 4 am my wife and I woke up with really bad stomach cramps and now in the emergency room with food poisoning. Taco Bell check your lettuce if it looks spoiled!!! Don’t serve it to your customers!

I ordered a Veggie Bowl from this Taco Bell and they served me chicken instead. I am pregnant and allergic to chicken—this could have put my life and my baby’s life in danger.
When I went back to the store, I was shaking, but the staff laughed at me and the manager excused it by saying, “We make thousands of orders, that’s why mistakes happen.” This is rude, careless, and life-threatening negligence.
Taco Bell, do you value your customers’ safety at all? I will be escalating this to corporate and health authorities.

I ordered one cheese quesadilla and one Crunchwrap supreme but I receive only cheese quesadilla but Crunchwrap was not there , there was another type with beef , which one I don’t like and also I don’t ordered this , after that when I call them they said it’s not our fault, it’s door dash fault , door dasher give me right bag but in the bag , there was not right food which I ordered. I was on this side of town and decided to stop by for a happy hour drink. I ordered a medium baja blast zero and got charged full price at 3pm. I will never return to this location for any reason. I prefer the Ripon tacobell anyways.

I always order ahead on the app and I only live a few minutes away. I never wait more than a couple minutes when I get there for my food.
I do not recall ever having an order missing a food item or missing ingredients (however I never modify my orders).
The only complaint is that night shift does not fill the more expensive items more than the cravings value items, so I never order the expensive ones at night now.
Maybe a fork missing here and there, but nothing that warrants less than 5 star service. Keep up the good work!
