The food is what you’d expect, had a Mexican Pizza and a supreme burrito. The lighting outside was not on so the menus was hard to read (my photo was brightened through software, in person hard to see). They ran out of soda, which is fine for me, but there was no sign and the staff member asked me what I wanted to drink with no heads up, stating sorry we can’t offer soda but we can offer something else. The person in front me left the drive thru without their items or paying.

Omg. Absurd experience. I’m just appalled how the employees here just giggle and talk and not concentrate on the orders. They just are not interested in doing the job, so slow, food is damn cold & such pathetic customer service not acknowledging the people standing inside the store. Least bothered and so rude! Pls do yourselves a favour and don’t ever go to this store even if it’s like few miles away. Choose a different store as this guys are so careless n not attentive in their job. I ordered nacho fries , and a soft taco. Both served cold. Food is so bad. Taco Bell should really inspect every store in the city to check if they are bringing their business down. And this store MUST close.

We ordered ahead on the mobile app and it took over 30 minutes standing in the lobby. There was a younger woman on the line apologizing and pumping out orders and seemingly mainly working on the drive through orders and still talking to the lobby and explaining they’re shortstaffed and just being a good employee.
