Food has been disappointing lately. They forget my sauces then look annoyed at me for coming back for them. They messed up my order yesterday and gave me a different bag. During the day the employees are pretty nice but I noticed when I come in the evening, they are the opposite. Even seemed annoyed when I asked a simple question. My food looked like trash compared to how I get it during the daytime. The bowl is thrown around and the rice was discolored. Gross!
Update: these are the 6pc chicken nuggets. That tiny one that has no meat counted at a piece apparently.

Disappointing…. I ordered 2 deluxe boxes. Bean burrito no onion light sauce. 1. They no longer in a box, I specifically asked the flat affect drive thru teen if they were at least separately bagged meals? He asked the girl with the biggest fake eyelashes there. And she hesitated and eventually said yes.. he asked her twice. I gave the benefit of the doubt. I called to complain, she offered to have me return to have my food remade, Bailey was nice and offered to try to resolve it.

I looked up online on a Saturday night and it stated they were open until 2am. I placed an app order and drove from Lockeford. Arrived at 12:50am to a closed Taco Bell. Annoyed (but sometimes internet hours are wrong) I went to McD’s and spend double the amount for way less food. I called Monday morning to ask what time they closed the drive thru. She said 2am. Not cool Kettleman Taco Bell. Not Cool.

I ordered food that had nothing in it. Instead of telling you they are out of things they will wrap it and give it to you so you just have a wrapped item but you get home and SURPRISE! Also the lettuce taste like dirty tap water and the food is overpriced for things that don’t even fill you up. Workers are slow and you can tell by the attitude in drive through they do not care. Maybe some do care but it’s offset by the ones who don’t. If you work here and are good with people and customers you should get better pay elsewhere for your services. STAY AWAY!

My wife and I got two meals. One number 1 the other number 8. I paid full price for these meals. The number 1 all 3 tacos only had a little bit of meat and cheese. These look like kids tacos when I went back to tell them to give me half the money back because they only gave me half a taco so they remade the tacos but with a dirty look. My wife’s tacos all shells were cracked and broken. Bad service

Absolutely horrible place. Food was not fresh, nacho fries were made like several hours ago and we had to trash them. I called the business later, and a man picked up the phone. And I asked him do you guys read reviews, he said “no we don’t”. I said people are leaving terrible reviews for your food, he said we don’t care. Can you believe this????

I have been going to this Taco Bell off and on since my parents moves to Lodi in 1994. It’s gone through several remodels and while I don’t think it has the most current remodel it is very, nice, comfortable, and clean. The food today was fantastic! My brother and I both agreed that everything about today meal was very well prepared, and delicious.
