We absolutely love this place. The staff is always friendly and they actually remember what you order — which says a lot. My kids get excited to go, not just for the good food, but because they feel comfortable and welcomed every time.
Rosie’s is always a great choice for breakfast or lunch if you want good food, great service, and that cozy hometown vibe.

How do they make perfect eggs here and no one can in other parts of the country?? I drove from GA and this is my first stop. A staple for great food. Great people, prices, portions, and family owned! If youre here, you’ve reached heaven.

Food is what you’d expect from a local diner. My son really enjoyed his burger, but felt the fries were a little lacking. I enjoyed the Caprese omelet.

Very decent unasuming diner with and attentive wait staff. The food and coffee are on par with other good diners. Parking is a bit difficult as the lot is small. Street parking is available but limited.

Great little place. Service was excellent and the food came quickly and perfectly! We built our own omelettes and they were delicious. Will definitely be back! Prices were much less than many other diners!

Good & Bad stuff
Well I guess you need to be a regular to be treated nicely. Jeanette was our waitress. She took our order didnt write it down, so as she is walking away turns and says you wanted and says 3 different times something and each time it was wrong. So I tell her again what I want. Only 4 other customers in the resturant at this time, so it wasn’t busy at all. I asked for extra crispy homefries, I dont think they were fried at all, asked for rye toast got white toast. My husband’s bacon was black. She never said they had steak and eggs today as a special, but hear her say it to a customer she knows by name. I asked if I could get coffee with a lactose free/non diary creamer, they dont have anything like that. She had an attitude about that, coffee never refilled. So if your a regular im sure your safe, but if your new to the neighborhood good luck. We will be going somewhere else to be our regular spot for breakfast. First impressions are everything and if it was busy I could understand, but when the resturant has a total of 4 people in the resturant in the middle of the week I think you could do better. I’m not blaming her for the resturant not having non dairy creamer, but the attitude about it yes that iam. Maybe writing the order down would help in getting the order correct. Many waitresses dont have to write it down and that’s fantastic if the order is correct. But getting the order wrong 3 times after you just walk away from the table and than the homefries not being done and the wrong kind of toast. I cant put that on the cook, because she most likely didn’t even get the order in correct. She brought the order so she cant say she didn’t see it. We didn’t bother saying anything to her, she was already having an attitude, I sure wouldn’t want something being done to my food. So we paid and now know better

Went this a.m. No paper towel in ladies/mens bathroom. After hand washing you must unlock & touch handle of door. Employee came out & didn’t rewash. She proceeded to handle silverware. I left. Good food and friendly service!

I ordered the caprese omelette and coffee. Omelette was good – my only complaint is that the tomatoes seemed like those big hamburger ones that are watery. Coffee was standard diner coffee, decent but nothing fancy. No non-dairy milk option is a bit old school for this day and age.

All and all, nice place that I’d visit again!

Am I at Polos Bar and Grill or Rose’s Place? Everything inside is branded with Polos. The service was ok. I have gone fo Rose’s in Kevil.many times and is way better than this location. If you are just a Breakfast Lunch place, you should master Breakfast. I ordered eggs, which were overcooked, breakfast potatoes that had no flavor and Bacon that just broke apart. Was more like I was served Bacon Bits. I loved the counter service and set up here., but that was about all. I know it’s been there a while, but based on what I had to eat, I will drive further for the Kenvil location. I would not return to this place. 2 stars is a gift.
