It was annoyingly terrible. I ordered a couple burritos through the rewards points I had saved and that seemed to anger the workers. First they tried saying my order didn’t go through and nothing they can do,I showed them on my phone that the order was received & they still argued, I finally got my order and they seriously gave me empty tortillas. They put nothing on it. I asked to use the bathroom while I was waiting and was told it’s for customers only, I pointed out that I was waiting on my order and I got told it’s for paying customers only I reminded them that my rewards points was earned through paying for orders but they refused to let me use the bathroom and you could hear the employees behind the counter seriously laughing. They were the rudest employees ive delt with besides the women at the Charter Way Taco Bell..

I have never written a review before but after today I knew I had to. My chalupa was not crispy like it should have been, it literally was like pita bread. None of my bean and cheese burritos came with cheese or onions like they’re supposed to. The two crunchy tacos I ordered also had no cheese on them at all along with barely any meat. The taco shells tasted stale. I am thoroughly disappointed with this specific location. I will be taking my business elsewhere as this was very disappointing. Only two girls working in there and no cars or people at all and they still couldn’t get my family’s order right. Updating this at 4 am because I can’t stop throwing up and I know it’s this places fault.

Ok I ask myself Why did I stop here the place is Dirty looking inside and out, But I really did not want to drive across town. The food let’s start there Mexican pizza was Falling off the top so it leaked all in the bag. The tacos supposed to have cheese had only 10 tiny pieces, the soda everyone said it tasted like the hoses were dirty. So disappointed in Taco Bell…I have noticed the soda machines at all Stockton locations taste the same Not Clean at All

Terrible Parking lot, bad potholed bad lightning at night. Service is ALways slow even if just 2 cars in line. Doing a mobile order doesnt make things any faster. Staff isnt rude, just slow. Dine in is also kinda hot and stuffy.

I ordered through the app earlier this evening and on my end the payment went through. on the app it said there was an issue processing the payment. I went to the location to calmly explain the situation to the lady through the intercom and she told me that since it’s not in their system and the order is not on their end that I need to contact support through the taco bell app in order to get my money back. I explained to her that I was already charged for the food why can’t you just give me my order that I already paid for but they refused to do so.
I instead try to reorder at the intercom and they cut me off mid-sentence so I ended up just driving off. I tried to be understanding but why get charged for something and attempt to show them proof, and then not get your order that you were charged for.
