This subway had a more modern style decor (futuristic) than I’m used to seeing.
The bathrooms (man & woman) were not the worst we’ve seen regarding cleanliness. However, esthetically speaking, they were beat up looking.
The sandwich artists did wonderfully with our order, and all the ingredients looked & tasted fresh.
The dining area was medium-sized with plenty of seating.
Aside from a bit of trash on the floor, everything else was clean looking. Also, it was more of a personal preference, but we did not like the choice of music playing in the lobby. This caused us to cut our dining experience short.
PS: I declare the Lord is upright. So wherever I go, whatever I see whatever I hear, at least I know unrighteousness can not be found in Jesus. Therefore, I turn to Him, my rock.

This store has mean employees. Personalities of stumps. There is nothing worse then feeling like you are bothering someone by asking them to do their jobs. I will not go to this store again.

girls hair is pretty past her shoulders and in a pony tail. employees should be wearing hair nets. figured that was common sense. found hair in my food. didn’t realize it was there until halfway through eating. YUCK.

I ate here and chipped my front 2 teeth on a olive pit and went back to inform them of situation I also owner was aware of the situation but failed to RESOLVE THE SITUATION then went and I was cheated out on meat on my sub I asked her that’s all the meat I get she gave me 2 small spoons of meat and warmed it and then spread the little meat on my FOOT LONG SUB SMH I WILL NOT RETURN HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Had it delivered sandwich was not cut there was no mayo and no vinegar…I had so many onions on one end of the sandwich had and a ton of green pepper all I could taste was onion even after i took some off ..I normally always get my subs from here I will make my own subs at home from now own …

Plan lied to my face that they couldn’t use my $100 bill because my food only cost $8 that is ridiculous I use to work at subway and it didn’t matter how much your food cost long as you was paying for your food this happened 3 times at this location even when she opened the cash drawer it was 20 10s and 5s so she had change to do she just didn’t want to which is ridiculous and not good customer service to just lie for nothing terrible just terrible not a happy customer

Placed my order online, like I usually do. Haven’t had any problems with this location before now. I get home and one of my subs isn’t right, one had so much mayo on it it didn’t make any sense. Normally their subs are really good, but that’s definitely not the case tonight! I didn’t even eat my sub because it wasn’t made the way I ordered it!!!

The customer service was excellent and her name is Jocelyn and she was very helpful and polite and friendly and had a great personality and not just saying this but she honestly deserves a promotion and a raise.
If the people who see reviews alot before they go or the higher up people who work there sees this can you please help her climb up in the restaurant business and grow because she’s a person who deserves everything that is good

Nice place most of the time. This visit was not so much. I like to enjoy one of their special non-carbonated drinks. Today one of the dispensers for that particular drink was very low. I purchased a large beverage cup thinking I might get just enough to fill my cup. Well it filled less than halfway. I asked if the dispenser could be refilled I was advised by an employee “the dispensers are only filled in the morning. So I asked if this was a Subway rule or just a store policy and the employee said the manager is the only one that fills it in the morning. So then I asked the employee if she knew how to refill it and she said she did but would not do it because she did not want make her manager made and lose her job. Well I have enjoyed my last beverage at that store because one, the policy makes no sense and two, I don’t like doing business as a”valued” customer only to find out the managers and employees have even greater value. Unfortunately they forgot that customers are what makes the managers exist as well as employees. This wasa definite customer service fail.
