The food was fine but the service was horrible. I walk in and the first thing I’m greeted with is “you can place your order at the tablet if you don’t know how I’ll show you.” Which is a greeting they gave everyone that walked in. Then as I was putting my order in on the tablet I could hear the employees making fun of the customer in the drive thru. Bad attitudes, don’t care enough to even wear nametags and when I asked for a receipt I was told ” don’t let it happen again” I get it was meant as a joke but not really funny.

This Taco Bell on Harding Way has always been a reliable spot for a quick bite, especially with how easy it is to get to from two busy main roads. It’s a convenient stop whether you’re driving through or just looking for something fast and familiar. The drive-thru usually moves pretty quickly, even during peak hours, which is always a plus.
Inside, the lobby is usually clean, but not really the kind of place you’d hang out in for long. The staff can be a little mild or distant at times, but they get the job done and my orders are almost always accurate. Food quality is what you’d expect — nothing mind-blowing, but it’s consistent, fresh enough, and hits the spot when you’re craving Taco Bell.
All in all, it’s a solid location that delivers on convenience and reliability, and I keep coming back for those reason.

What can I say I love Taco Bell. The $5 Box meals are a bargain. Taco Bell still has a decent $1 Menu.
What’s cool is Taco Bell has a kiosk. You just order what you want and pay. It’s pretty easy and comes in handy when the lines are long.
The Kiosk takes debit, credit and Taco Bell gift cards. Also you’re given an option to pay at the counter.
So I’ve been using the kiosk a lot. Another thing what I like is the free WiFi amd it’s pretty good.
This place is well kept up and the staff has always been friendly to me.
I’ll definitely be back.

Bad customer service. A woman looked at my wife and asked if she had a problem. First off that’s not correct for a manager to act . So I think you guys should fire that manager cuz it wasn’t the first time that female acted up who would even make that manager material so I’m rating it 1 star if I can I’ll put zero stars . The rude manager took a lot of sauces from my small box as I ordered a family party pack of tacos; forgot to add hot sauces as you need to order it from the kiosk and added it to my new order and she told the person making my order too much hot sauce! The nice worker said they ordered it and she said tell them to go to Costco and get the bottles? Then goes on a rant about she can’t wait for them to charge for the sauces and see how people react to that???? She needs to go to Costco and get the bottles so she can stop being so stingy with the damn packets acting like the packets affects her paycheck!
