Avoid going during rush hours like 5PM. They close their drive-thru when overloaded by walk-ins from the local college campus. Great for late night drive thru after 8 PM.

Its Taco Bell a simplistic job yet the employees cant do their job correctly. They say dont make a big deal as a customer but the employees should also not get an attitude with a customer if they get an order incorrect. Its Taco Bell dont condone bad behavior or discourteous demeanor from the employees there.

Today this restaurant, a.k.a. Taco Bell, would have gotten 5 stars straight across-the-board. However after ordering my order and repeating it 3 times, I received the order not made correctly. It was missing ingredients. Upon asking for the missing ingredients and having a burrito remade, I was getting attitude from whom I thought might have been a manager at the window. Nonetheless, she did end up putting on gloves, making the food, and correcting the mistakes.

They forgot some of my order. Left me waiting in the parking lot when they told me someone will bring my order out to me. They wont answer their phone when I call to inform them. Also, anytime I try to fill out the “contact us” option on the app it keeps giving me errors. They don’t list their store number for the survey so I guess my only option is to write this review. I would like to thank Taco Bell for giving me a reason to cut them out of my diet.
