This is my go to Taco Bell because it is in my neighborhood. Its open late, relatively clean, has a updated appeal to it . They always have the featured new delicious items available. The staff rarely get my order wrong and if on occasion they do they always offer a free taco coupon and fix my order. I rarely go home to find that my bag is missing and of the courtesy essentials like napkins, straws sauces this Taco Bell at some point. The downside of this location is the parking lot very small. It shared with a couple other businesses and I have a big truck. It’s hard for me to get through the drive-through let alone the parking lot. This location has a restroom, but you have to ask for the code which is really long most of the time. The staff is always nice, but always changing. The manager is hard to understand, but that doesn’t matter because the food is fantastic. Inside is ok the tables are not always clean. But they got one of those fancy soda machines that you can pick any flavor shot and customize your drink . The focus on using the kiosk to order at this location. It’s hard to get a staff member to the front to take your money so be prepared to have a Taco Bell account and a credit card linked however they do take cash when they get to you.

I am deaf and I’m doing dash for pick customer’s foods up so I got very discriminated by workers since they refused to give me orders from drive thru, they forced me to went inside to pick customer’s foods up so I was very disappointed how workers treated me like animal, I wanted them to treat me like normal person. So I saw that they did serve foods and drinks to other person too and when I arrived at drive thru cause I knew mostly fast meals usually closed for doors so I just went to drive thru and this worker was shrug to me and was like come inside and I was like I’m deaf, you can give me foods and drinks to me please, he was like no, I’m sorry so I was like wow okay I am feel very disappointed when they refused to give it to me when I simply asked nicely too.

I was told to never return. At 4:21 on the 15th of December I placed an order through the taco bell app. At 1130 Arnold Dr., Martinez, CA 94553. Ordered 2 spicy potatoe tacos. Went in and stood at the counter. 3 minutes later someone offered to help me and I stated I had a mobile order and gave my name. They said they are working on it. 2 minutes later I took out my phone and took 2 photos. An employee came up to me and said ” did you take my photo? I don’t want my photo taken I’m gonna call the police. I said go ahead and call the police and at that time another person came up and they started talking Spanish to each other. That person then asked me what I’m doing and I explained that I do Google reviews and I take pictures for the review but didn’t take his photo. I then said if he wants the police let’s call them..the guy walked into his office and picked up the phone and the employee who wanted the police was there in front of me so I dialed 911. 911 Operator told me to go outside and wait for the police. Up to that point they never finished my order and several cars came and went and they gave an order to another person in there. I went outside until the officers arrived and told them the same story. They asked me what I wanted and I said a refund since i never got my food and the managers name. Cop went in and then out and said you can have your food or a refund and you are banned from ever coming back. They don’t want to see you again and you need to contact taco bell for the managers name. I went in and got my money..said thank you and left. Would not recommend this taco bell….if you do go use drive through…they do not like helping people at the counter and they..all of them will talk Spanish to each other while looking at you…really professional.

I’ve been to this location a few times. I usually order take out, inside. Ordered through kiosk, everything is usually correct. Only thing I have been dissapointed by was there Chili cheese burrito, this is my all time favorite TB offering and was so excited it was back! But it was super small, flat, hardly any filling, cold and the cheese was un-melted. Very dissapointing! But everything else is usually up to standards.

Well I used an app and the AI drive-through confirmed my order, but my burrito was rolled sideways, in 2025 lol! It started with rice and cabbage, then sauce, then a hand full of chicken at the bottom of the burrito. I generally just order Fire sauce but they mixed in some Diablo sauce and that was cool to try.

I went there today and got food when I checked my food the order was completely wrong, even though everything that was listed on the receipt was correct. The only reason why I am rating it two stars instead of one is because last week when I went a worker named Genesis was very nice and understanding and made sure to fix the other workers mistakes.

This location has really gone downhill. When eating in the lobby, the wait time is 20 minutes or longer. The drive thru is prioritized. I will not be returning to this location for dining in.

What happened to Taco Bell? If I could take you in a time machine and go back to 1975 Taco Bell, you would not recognize it. The food was completely different and so much better. Why are the portions half the size now? It’s now the McDonald’s of Mexican food, And by that, I mean not good. This Taco Bell is not any different than any other Taco Bell. This is just a general review.

I did some work here before and I went in for lunch today and this young lady Nic took my order very kindly. And as I waited for my order she was organizing the sauces and making the place look nice and clean. And I applaud her efforts. She definitely had a great work ethic. Give this lady a raise!
