This was the second time using a special promotion where you buy one item and you get three free crispy tacos.the first time we had very little issue using the promotion (major additude from their lead). Today my daughter and I received another promotional coupon from the night before. We made two separate orders per promotion. Same crew helped us. This time they tried to give me one taco and my daughter two. Both receipts clearly shows the promo as get three tacos with one item purchase. Now this is the same lead from our first vist and now she is making her own rules. Poor form. We will be back but next time the DM will be informed. Do better!

We had to pull over because the 7 11 didn’t have any bathroom. We asked them if we could use the bathroom but we had to pay for something. So we got a drink and the transaction was ok. The drink was green and it tasted good. The service was mostly empty and all the tables were empty

Mexican pizza more like tostada with cheese, got a pickup order from this spot and knowing i had been there in person the order was a little skimped on i gave it a chance through pickup and yet again they couldn’t deliver. Wouldn’t order pickup or delivery again as the place was not busy and could definitely handle 4 items that i ordered better./// JUST NOW OPENING 3 mins later my “crunchwrap” had absolutely no crunch in it. They forgot the tostada.?! How did you forget the crunch in the wrap, i was obsessed over girlfriends “mexican pizza” come to find out my crunchwrap was missing the crunch awesome!!

Frequently customer, the food is always great. Order was missing an item 2-3 times in the last two years, but they always fix it promptly.

It’s really frustrating how stingy this Taco Bell is with how they make their food using the least amount of meat beans and cheese possible. As well as the amount of Taco Bell sauce they’ll give you I’ve never seen a fast food franchise so stingy. Honestly it’s really annoying as this is one of the only taco bells that’s does this.

Don’t come here unless you have a lot of time to waste. Every time I come here I have to do a long wait for Just Two tiny little items. Must be paused because of an organization. Friendly workers. But no excuse for long waits for tiny orders. Every time I have ever come here I had to wait 10 plus minutes unacceptable will not be coming back here! I also highly recommend going to another location unless you have all the time in the world.

The lady working at the drive thru today 10/12/23 I will be reporting all of you to corporate. I stopped and grabbed my son something to eat and this is what their cheese quesadilla looks like. The lady was rushing and said she had to beat their timer. The cheese in the quesadilla wasn’t even melted you can see it in the picture. Unprofessional, rude, and dirty. I’ve never seen a Taco Bell this bad don’t come to the Olivera Rd location.
