I always have a great time here, the employees are always great but today 12-30 at around 7:30 I was blamed by one of the women staff because THEY forgot two things in MY meal but to her it was my fault. I got two sauces, one for the nachos that comes with it in the meal, and an extra side on nacho cheese for my other items. I open my meal and neither of the cheese is in there, and this happens people can be rushed and forget and I never think its a big deal I just show them my recipt and it is fine. Tonight when they forgot both I tried to explain it nicely and she came back with one. I then stood there for a couple of minutes and she said I was wrong when I paid for it and showed her. She also claimed I do this all the time and next time they will not give me one… if I do this all the time you must be forgetting it every time!? And I won’t get what I paid for? Ive never heard something like that from someone who is supposed to provide customer service especially coming from someone who works in it myself. I love the staff but that was not okay.

Fraud: I placed a delivery order. The order was marked delivered but it was not delivered. I went to the store and spoke with the manager. She refused to refund or replace the order. I informed her I would file a police report and reverse the charge, and I did.

They have some happy hour drinks for $1. The dragon fruit freeze was yummy. But I think due to the new min. Wage, no people at counter. The tables are mostly dirty too.

Ok I had 1 burrito and fries for in-house. What I didn’t get was a tray or anything, just a bag. Even when stating it was for in-house. I needed to ask for a tray.
What I got was 16 packets of sauce in the bag though?!

Inept staff frequently leaves out items in my order. Are they eating my food or just terrible at their jobs> Terrible. And corporate does nothing about it. Ridiculous.

Ordered box with chalupa and other items.Chalupa was ordered with chicken and only 3 cheese but I got it with tomato lettuce and savor cream. Made a simple request to cashier for a replacement while showing the receipt. Cashier started whole argument saying it’s my mistake not theirs. Also I noticed she was not able to read orders properly as Cashier was saying I ordered with beef. Later cashier said if I want a replacement then I have pay again. Humans do make mistakes but not accepting is ignorance.

UPDATED:
I have gone back a few times recently and it seems they have improved. Food was better & I have had positive interactions with the crew.
PREVIOUS REVIEW (~1yr ago):
About 5 days ago I went through the drive-through & it was 5 stars (for a fast food place). The food was hot, fresh, made well & customer service was wonderful.
Went back tonight (around the same time) & was very disappointed.
1) The guy that took our order needs some customer service training.
2) All the food was cold. Beef burrito supreme was poorly made (barely any beef, sour cream & lettuce were only on one side), taco supreme was falling apart & grilled nacho fries w/ beef had Jalapeños (even though it wasn’t requested) and were inedible.
Complete waste of $20.
Pretty much the only positive was the nice lady that had to correct our order & processed our payment.
