Well, we stopped into this Taco Bell to get some lunch, had to order from the kiosk because of course nobody is atfront end. Got our food they forgot our drinks, seemed like I was bothering them asking for it. Sat down at the table and realized we did not get any napkins or silverware, went back up to the counter and asked for a fork and was told they adon’t have any so I asked for a spoon they Dont have any. So I’m not sure how I’m supposed to eat my lunch?????

I don’t know what they put in a Crunchwrap Supreme, but I’m 99% sure it’s hope, chaos, and at least one ingredient the FDA hasn’t discovered yet.
I walked in hungry and left feeling like I had just survived a small natural disaster, but in a good way. The Baja Blast hit my soul like a reset button. The nacho cheese? Liquid courage. The tacos? Structurally unsound but emotionally supportive.
My order came out in 2 minutes, which is impressive because I’m pretty sure they built it using dark magic. One bite had me planning my future, questioning my past, and checking the nearest bathroom—just in case. But don’t worry, I made it home safely and with dignity mostly intact.
10/10 would risk it all again.

This place is horrible and it’s because of a manager lady named Liz, she is very rude and unprofessional, her customer service is unmatched ruddiness. Do not waste your money or time going here, I wanted to ask for sauce and she was very rude and walked away and was telling me to ask the other lady, who was helping someone else, which it would of took her 5 secs to give me hot sauce, but didn’t and walked off. I will have everyone I know give this place a bad review, all my TT, Social Media Friends and more.. They shouldn’t hire people like her.

Employees are rude here and unprofessional. This is the second time I’ve had an unpleasant encounter. Today we went through the drive through and they forgot to give us one of the drinks we payed for but we didn’t realize until we were already driving. So I went in with my receipt and asked for it and the lady and the counter rolled her eyes. After she handed it to me I said thank you and she proceeded to say nothing, roll her eyes again, and go back to what she was doing. Unprofessional.

Came in to get a burrito and received my order but was trying to ask for something and The Manager or whoever she was “Liz” walked off, told me the other lady would help me but she was helping someone else and all I need was some hot sauce and she was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.. It would of took her 5 secs to give the sauce. I will not come to this Tacobell ever.. She needs to be talked to or even disciplined or let go. The customer service she provided was horrible…

Tell preface, we had a difficult order. I took about 5 minutes to get accurate answers for an order I placed so I beleive they had gotten fed up with me. I was helping my brother order who has learning difficulties and it was a but hard getting a straight answer so that’s why it took so long. Once I reached the window they were very rude to me, no customer service, no smile, no greeting, no have a good day. They opened the window, took my card, handed it back to me with the food aggressively and wordlessly and then slammed the window shut. I wasn’t sure if we were done as I didn’t receive a receipt so I waited another 30 seconds and the man ripped open the window and said “did you STILL need something??” And I was like “well are we done? Do I get a receipt??” And he said “yeah yeah we’re done” and slammed the window again while I was still talking. Very rude and honestly made me feel very badly. I was only trying to help my brother with ordering food I don’t feel I was that terribly hard to deal with to warrant such a reaction

I went here on my lunch and I got the new cantina burrito and I was eating it and next thing I know I feel something hard when I bite down. THERE WAS A BOBBY PIN IN MY BURRITO!!!!
