Horrible customer service the girls are so rude. My orders are almost always messed up somehow.. Heavy set white girl with glasses hung up on me when I called to explain that my tacos had no toppings on it for the 2nd time after already going to have them “correct” my order for the exact same issue. She said the cook said the tacos where made correctly & I could come in a different day or tomorrow for my food but I said what if my son is hungry now? & I could bring you the food to see I’m not lying she said have a good night & hung up. The girls where laughing obviously because I asked for her name & she said it was Maria when it clearly wasn’t. I gave her the empty taco & she had the nerve to ask if it was from the 1st order (as if I was lying) I told her its still warm if you feel it. Mind you there was no traffic both times. Do better girls!

Poorly managed restaurant. The store’s information in the taco bell mobile app didn’t list a change in hours and claimed the restaurant was still operating. I am in town on strict business and have likited free time. Would not recommend this location to anyone who doesn’t have time to drive around town or the funds to wait for the cancellation to process. It’s not difficult to think ahead and plan accordingly when there is an issue with employee availability or changes to hours of operation.

The employees are incredibly friendly, but the service is painfully slow. I usually use the app to order to make it faster, but even with that, it often takes 20-30 minutes for a simple order. Ordering in person seems to take longer. I once waited almost an hour for a few tacos and bean burritos.

I wish things were more consistent. Sunday 2/23/25 I god food here and one of the items was cold. I purchased extra tomato and onion, and there were literally 2 scraps extra. I treat myself occasionally and this was a huge disappointment. Not sure if they have the same manager because I’ve seen a decline so I suspect not.

Need to cut thru the quesadillas better and spread inside ingredients out onto the tortilla rather than separated sections of meat, then rice, then cheese, then sauce…. It needs to be all ingredients in a bite rather than individual ingredients sections. Automated order AI is annoying.

Its definitely a hit and miss kind of restaurant.sometimes you get the person that knows what is going on and sometimes you ask yourself does that person really work here or is there some random transient trieng to rob the place. Or better yet the person in the really bad mood where you question if they are disgruntled.
