Horrible terrible service. Managers don’t help. The employees here were upset so they purposely dunked my tacos in water or something and left them soaked and inedible. on top of that this is the FULL amount of beans they added in their veggie bowl. didn’t even eat any. oh also the guac. Scooted it all over so we could see how much they gave. $30+ order i was a refund on everything now. Worthless establishment. Taco Bell on Niles blows you out of the water. Pathetic you’re still one operating like that. I’ll be seeing you monday morning for my refund. And i will be getting it.

We ordered a pretty large order and asked us to wait up front, they forgot 3 Chicken Flat breads which was not a problem we did have a large order, But “Amber” such a sweet woman as soon as I called she was apologizing feeling bad that they had forgotten to add them in! But I understood sometimes these things happen as well they were busy !

Overall, the service was quick food was great!

I wasn’t given my nacho cheese for my chips and cheese. My crunchy taco is STALE and SOGGY. It’s stale flavor like no crunch. And the top of the taco was all wet and soggy falling apart. Thats absolutely disgusting. It was a normal crunchy taco. My chalupa smells like sour milk and the lettuce is soggy.. At this point I’m scared to even try to eat my hot frito burrito. I’m disgusting and so sad because I am homeless and used my only $8 to pay for that. I had to borrow a dollar just to eat at least once today…

worst taco bell i’ve ever been to. food tastes like its been fried in 20 year old oil (especially the nachos and cinnamon twists, they were horrid). i asked for no lettuce or tomatoes on two of my items and still got that in them. and to top it off, the employees just yap with each other instead of doing their job

The meat in the food was over cooked and stringy and tough but they gave lots of sauce on the food mybe to cover up the meats quality, the service was extremely subpar. I had asked for a water cup and was told with attitude they dont have those. What seemed like a manager had to come out and bring me one after the fact and explain that they only give them to paying customers

It’s an ok place to eat. I like the food except some things have changed. There’s no ice where you fill up your sodas, no napkins out to get yourself. But other than that, I like it.

Came inside to order, waited in line for 5 minutes. Was looked at multiple times by workers. Still no help. Called the store. Manager answered like it was her phone asked what i wanted. I was looking at her and I said I want some service, I’ve been waiting for 5 mins. She and another employee told me to use the kiosk. I asked if it had the option to ask for my food to be fresh. They told me yes. The Kiosk Did Not give me that option. Not sure if this location is privately owned or if it is corporate, but everyone needs some training. Keep an eye on your food. Shady things are happening here. You would be better off going to another location. Dissatisfied service. Hopefully this review helps out.

I just wanted to give recognition to an employee I witnessed giving great customer service. I don’t know his name but he is a tall black gentleman with a full beard. I walked into this store and there was a long line at an ordering kiosk, because the 2nd kiosk was broken. The lady using the terminal was taking forever and this gentleman came over and helped her place her order using the terminal. He tried troubleshooting the 2nd terminal but was unable to get it working. He then helped each customer in line in front of me and took some of their orders at the main counter. I then overheard him asking the 1st lady if she really meant to order an item with both chicken and beef and she stated no she meant to replace the chicken with beef, so he anticipated the customer error before the food was made incorrectly and wasted if she returned it. In summary, I witnessed this gentleman assist all customers in the store during a busy lunch period, including a lady who didn’t know what she is doing. Now that everyone in line has been served he is going around cleaning everything. I wanted to give him some recognition. Thank you.

I ordered through the app to be picked up at this location. When I arrived it seems they were making my food to order so it would be fresh and I appreciate that. Upon going to the window, I was handed 5 of my drinks without a cup holder. When I asked for one I was informed they had ran out and the staff at the window apologized and gave me a coupon for next time (thank you!) I was then handed my food and since I have someone at home who is lactose in tolerant I double checked that one of my orders had zero sour cream. Two staff confirmed with the staff at the grill, staff at the grill responded so politely that it was correct. After getting home I was pleasantly surprised that my order was totally correct (as far as the food goes) which is rare now a days to not have an issue or missing items. I will say I did pay for 4 of their guacamole salsa’s but did not get those. I ended up not needing them after all so ultimately it was okay. I was bummed I paid for them and didn’t receive them but I wasn’t willing to make a mountain out a mole hill.
I appreciated the politeness of the crew and will be returning here again.
