On a rush day and hungry I decide to order a breakfast burrito take out and while I’m driving to side job I was eating until i got closed to the hills and look to what I was eating about half of the burrito ,,, I can’t believe they were maggots in the burrito.. it was sitting in the middle of my compartment front sits and they were climbing around the and inside the burrito… I thought my eyes lie to me but when o arrive meeting my client we confirm this. Me and my client saw inside the burrito open it and they were no one many maggots inside.. I eat them… I record a video of this and calm the store manger me was not helpful at all and when I took it back to the store stuffs did their job and manager supposed to get back to me to apologize this situation and even said the district manager was supposed to call but it’s been 2 months and no sign of apology.. I don’t like to make a big travel and don’t like to give bad reviews but this is not acceptable.

Easy ordering when you actually go inside their shop and order via the order kiosk. Staff were nice and food came quickly, quite a bit faster then when the drive thru is busy. Deluxe box, nice size serving for the price.

Food is always amazing and as much as I would love to rate them higher coming from a past worker at Taco Bell. They move way too quick n NEVER get my order correct. It’s not complicated to make items that are on the menu. Slow down n make em correctly instead of being quick n incorrect. HIGHLY ANNOYING

I have always loved this Taco Bell, but i witnessed a manager, or someone higher up telling a new employee who was Hispanic, that she needs to say “order” correctly. It’s wrong and quite frankly racist to tell someone with a hispanic accent how to say a word. I understood her just fine and there was no need for that. When you know someone’s first language is Spanish, you don’t have to correct them if they are doing the job just fine.

very great service. they messed up one of the crunchwraps (beef instead of the requested beans) and they fixed it instantly with so many apologies from all staff as well as a voucher for a free meal. very sweet for a Taco Bell tbh.

Food always tastes great, but that when they make it right, the people taking my order always have it right on the receipt, but somehow the people making it can’t get it right. I eat her for lunch Monday through Friday and 4 out of those 5 day, my food is made incorrectly. Like today, they made it wrong, had them correct it while I was there, and when I checked it, it was still wrong, I pent 40 minutes of my hour lunch just getting the correct food, when it normally takes 15 minutes
