Food is just like other Taco Bell ! Only problem I have with this place is the owner won’t fix the door and they focus on drive thru and want you to make you order on self help machine so they don’t even pay attention that the door is broke because lack of workers ! I noticed a lady I asked why the door was not open that I tried to open it two different days when dining was supposed to be open ! I walked and tried to open the door mind you this was the second time that day one time at 8am then 1040am later and they didn’t even get up to open it or nothing and going back to my car the lady opened it for another customer as I walked away was wild ! Then when I asked her why she said I don’t know and walked away never even paying any attention to me and seems like she can’t speak English or acting like she can’t but that’s fine send me to someone I can talk to ! So when I did get an answer a young lady and gentlmen explained the door was broke for a very long time and can’t hear it when taking orders ! I watched this place as I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for my wife , I seen handy cap kids with they parents leave because it was closed loosing business when some ppl want to dine in and not use drive thru ! Fix the door to your business simple ! Workers can’t sit there and pay attention to that all day and they don’t want to work in the heat and keep it open because the owner don’t want to fix things ! And I wish the worker that can’t or acts like she can’t speak English would have pointed me to someone or the manager saying I don’t know and walking away and not even helping me specially since you don’t know what I’m saying could be an emergency who knows ! Anyway that’s not even just not speaking English that’s the problem but poor customer service in general that is because I don’t fault ppl for that but you can still do your job and help a customer in the best way possible not just I don’t know and turn around and walk to the back and she was an older lady ! The two that helped just letting me know why that happened was all I wanted to know which they were nice and told me what’s going on !

Yall customer service is not it I ordered a mango tea and yall said it was out when I got there so I asked for a strawberry freeze instead and yall refuse even tho I paid for a large. I’m pregnant and can’t have sodas. It’s your inconvenience but you wanna argue about what drink I can have when I already PURCHASED A LARGE and didn’t have the one I originally ordered. I didn’t give you a hard time but it’s weird how you run out tell me I have to pick something else, I do and then you tell me no?! Weird. Your job is not that serious. You have no experience in customer service. I would never tell a customer no especially when they’re in the right. Thanks for nothing.

Went today July 25, 2018 at 5:20pm and ordered 2 nacho fries. Literally there was hair in my husbands fries. When we called to complain the lady hung up the phone and when we tried to call back they picked up the phone and hung it up multiple times

I guess now beef is included under the definition of “Vegetarian”. I ordered a VEGGIE Mexican pizza and got beef inside instead of beans. This is the second time my order is messed up since they put chicken in my black bean chalupa the first time. This location is convenient since it’s close to home but I would have to think twice before returning since they religiously love to wreck my dinner plans for some reason.

Was my food order correct? Yes.
This won’t be a long review but it needs to be brought up.
This isn’t fast food. This is the slowest Taco Bell you’ll ever get.
I ordered using the app at approximately 12:45 in the afternoon.
Got to the location at 1pm. Come to find my order is still not ready.
I noticed 5 people ordering food off the kiosks.
Drove through line seemed to take priority to everything as their food was being given out quickly.
The 5 people that ordered well over 15mins after me started getting their food before me.
Mine? No where to be found. I asked more than three times for my food. With a response of “we’re working on it”
I got my food after 26mins in total.
Was my order correct yes? Was the amount of time acceptable for a fast food place? Absolutely not. I will not return.

They always mess up my order, items paid for constantly missing, or wrong burritos received – I order black beans burrito and get beef burrito that I can’t eat cause I’m vegetarian. I never get what was ordered at this location. I order online for two people and it’s not a lot of items but they still manage to mess it up. I don’t even want to think what happens if you order for like 5 people……
It really shouldn’t be that hard to double check before handing to customer…..

Second worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had. We have been here for 45 minutes. There was only one other family dining inside. We did not order anything fancy. Five boxes. It literally took them 40 minutes to get us our food. Then they forgot their drinks and I stood at the counter for 3 minutes where they didn’t even acknowledge me standing there. I had to yell to the back asking for my drink cups. We are on a trip that has a timeline and now we’re 30 minutes late. Hot taste on the attitude at this particular location nobody would care anyways.

We ordered it door dash so that’s why a neutral number for service and atmosphere. order came correct and the food was fresh and tasty. my son wanted me to put that he likes it better than del taco, so sorry for the burn del taco
