I ordered through Uber. And im aware that it was about an hour from closing when I ordered. But I did not expect the lack of service or presentation. I specifically asked for no sour cream and in the picture you can see its clearly sour cream. I received no barbecue sauce. No utensils. No BIG YELLOW CUP. That I specifically ordered this meal to get. And I think the biggest disappointment was that it was all cold. I tried calling them about 10 minutes before they closed and the line just rang..no one picked up.
I paid almost $25 with uber fees to get something i cant eat.

I ordered brisket chili. They gave me baked beans with a sprinkle of brisket on top. That’s not brisket chili.

I have been to several dickey’s locations and this is the worst I have had food from by far. The underpaid, understaffed workers here clearly do not care for the quality of their product or their delivery and are even willing to attempt to fool customers to make up for a lack of product.

I’m not sure why all of these other reviews are so critical. This place delivered delicious food.

I placed an order online for pickup, and when I arrived, it wasn’t quite ready yet. At first, I wondered why—then I walked in and immediately understood. There were only two incredible people running the entire restaurant, and I have to give them the recognition they deserve.

Grace and Ashley, a wonderful mother-daughter duo, were working tirelessly to take care of everyone. They were juggling so much at once—filling orders, serving customers, and keeping everything moving—and yet they did it all with kindness, patience, and genuine care.

It’s rare these days to meet people with such good hearts. Despite being understaffed, they went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. Watching them work together was inspiring, and their dedication truly made my day.

Thank you, Grace and Ashley, for your hard work and for being such bright, beautiful souls. You both turned what could have been a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. Dickey’s is lucky to have you!

Beans and coleslaw were ok but turkey looks like it’s been a day old and was just reheated in the microwave plus they forgot my toast

Oh so good. A must stop. I’m not sure of the 2 ladies that served us but you ladies were amazing. Especially the woman that greeted up when we walked in. The place was clean and inviting. The food was delicious. If I were headed home I would have bought a second meal to take with me. If you arr in the BBQ mood and can’t decide where to stop….. please look no further

Walked in and waited for 2Mins for the girl to stop eating and listening to music to notice me. Proceeded to not realize there was an order in for pickup, didn’t want to start the order because they are “out of everything.” So maybe close??? The wait took forever and she seemed like she didn’t even want to be here. Terrible service and didn’t even have the food for my order, plus the place was a mess, I don’t even want to eat my food based on the hygiene of the place.

Worst BBQ I ever had. I should have left as soon as I noticed the atmosphere, dark, no visible food and excessive smoke inside the entire place. I ordered to go, when I opened the containers at home I had solid dry bbq beans, solid dry macaroni and cheese and solid mashed potato, it looks like this food been sitting there for a long time with out even being move to keep it looking good, they served a few dry pieces of meat that can’t be even tested with out worrying about food poisoning. This is straight out this is bad food, I thrown it away and I felt like they rob me.

After the place was open for well over 45 min, I was told what they did not have ready and the lady behind the counter was horribly aggressive and rude. I am surprised she is still employed there. I have no idea how the food was. Never going back

I ordered my food online, i get to the restaurant and they never have the food but you don’t know this until you arrive. This is the second or third time this has happened. They are always out of the food. Getting a refund takes days, my last refund was almost 5 days when received. I am still waiting for a call from the manager or GM about my refund that I still have not received from my last order. The food is good when they have it but the service of this restaurant is not good. The manager would not give me the higher up number so I am now out of my 20 dollars and no food still. I do not recommend using the website to order food walk in and wait if you want to go or you will have the same issues. See photo below that shows the delay in refund but it took them 2 days to even acknowledge and give me my refund. After reading the reviews sounds like a trend with this restaurant. Update….. no one has reached out or acknowledged my concerns from the management team as of yet just an email stating they will finally refund me.
