Wow I missed Taco Bell so much. I honestly just ordered enough for a snack. I thought I was going to lunch with my sister and I needed to eat a “pre-lunch” before we shopped and dined later in the afternoon. I enjoyed my favorite items but I enjoyed the service more from the young lady who assisted me. Very polite and informative and my food was amazing, the restaurant was very clean and the employees appeared to be so friendly and professional. What are they paying $100/hr at this location? Why is everyone so happy who works here? I miss working at Taco Bell

TB chicken nuggets 11/10. Ordering on their app to then join the drive through and get your food after everyone orders at window and theirs is freshly cooked means that yours is not fresh. 2/10. If you use the app, select the pick it up inside, you might be lucky. Or just go to the drive through and order there

Only good thing about our experience was the nice lady that confirmed our order. Other than that, everything was horrible. With only 3 cars in front of us, it took them almost 30 mins to get our food out. When we got to the window, we received our drinks and were informed that it would be a moment till our food was out. While listening to the staff joking and laughing thru the door, we got to sit in our car watching our food sit on the counter for nearly 10 mins getting cold. Nacho fries were absolutely GARBAGE with absolutely no seasoning on them. I’ve had more spices at a Tex-Mex restaurant than what we got tonight on those fries. We’re in the food industry as well and it takes a lot for me to write a review, and this was one of those days. I just wished there was someone older there that could help the kids with their time management skills to get food to customers in a timely manner and the quality of the food going out is to standards. We’ll give this location a second chance, but will probably just drive across town then deal with this again. Would rather make a 30 min drive. Always check your order here!
Update: They also got other items missing/wrong in our entire order. I’m making the 30 min drive going forward.

This Taco Bell, while not over the top fancy, is a descent establishment. The thing I like most is how quick and efficient the drive-through line moves. I’ve never had any issues with having to wait for my food. The staff are friendly but hurried. This is the case for most fast food restaurant, though.

What I just witnessed at this Taco Bell baffled me.. first off I mobile ordered a meal for my wife and daughter and I pulled up and it was like the damn DMV.. people with receipts that claim to have been waiting 30-45 minutes.. as I’m hoping that I’m not gonna have the same situation because I’m mobile ordered to my surprise. I waited for over 35 minutes and they forgot my cheese with my chips and they accidentally gave me somebody else’s order and gave me a small drink when I ordered a large and gave my daughter a Baja blast freeze when she ordered a regular one and every time I had to go up to correct the order they were mad and acting like it was my fault. I see other customers getting upset and the entire crew, including the manager could care less and when an Uber eats driver pulled up and asked for his order they looked at him and said oh yeah you’re at the bottom you’re gonna have to wait a while and just walked away. This was the most unprofessional experience ever and I know this is just Taco Bell but COME ON!

Customer service is lacking. Food is salty and too much sauce even after telling them light sauce. Bathrooms are not clean. Manager at Temecula location on Temecula Parkway is horrible.

It’s hard to say if mediocre service is due to Covid or attitude. The staff do their job, show up for work but what seems like a long time after I order using the kiosk I get my basic bean burrito and they forget to give me the cup for my drink. That is my consistent experience at local taco Bells. In the end my experience was…okay, thus 4 stars

My family loved to eat Taco Bell. Every time I come to this location it’s always something! Food isn’t right something is missing or there customer service sucks! I don’t mind young kids working matter of fact we need that now in our days but if your gonna work but in work don’t just go pick up a paycheck! The drive through young lady wouldn’t even look at us nor say hi or anything like what type of derive is that!!! My whole order was completely wrong I spent money to just throw it out! I will be making sure this is our last time at this location! I can’t believe they still allow this to happen!
