I just ordered a 5 layer beefy luxe box 15 mins before they closed and I had no idea they closed at 11 and i apologize about that but that’s no excuse for my food to be cold. the tortilla wasn’t even warmed up or anything it was still cold and hard. it also was literally 98% bean in it and nothing else. cold beans might i add. the food is good any other time just don’t come at night :/

Terrible customer service!!
I went in the drive through with my family and we were trying to decide on what to order. The lady on the speaker kept asking us many times if we were ready and we kept telling her that we needed more time. Even after telling her she proceeded to keep asking maybe around 5 or 6 times, and every time we would respond saying we weren’t ready. Mind you there are no customers in line so there was no need to rush. When we finally decided on what to order, we told the lady on the speaker we were ready just for it to be completely silent on the other end. It was apparent that the person on the other side was purposely ignoring us, even when we spoke out to them. They were being petty, and we heard giggling over the speaker. They finally responded saying,”Are you ready now?” In a snarky tone. We decided to drive off not accepting the treatment and went somewhere else for food.

I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell for years, always hoping it’ll finally get better—and every time, I’m disappointed. The tacos are always broken, barely have any meat, and they forget the lettuce half the time. The Mexican Pizzas are a total mess with cheese thrown all over the place like someone made it blindfolded. And don’t get me started on the Baja Blast—never available. How is it “fan favorite” if you never have it? This place is the definition of inconsistent and careless. I’ve given it more chances than I should have. Never again.

This is literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and every time I come back hoping the service has gotten better it just doesn’t. You guys never have anything, don’t respond to orders at the drive thru, have crazy waiting times for there being short lines, and in my experience are really rude and I know that can’t apply to everyone but in my experience it’s literally been every employee I’ve interacted with. Like this location sucks for real

Order food here and it went straight to the trash . The mashed potatoes were so water down that my gravy had a thicker viscosity then the mashed potatoes didn’t even get a receipt so I couldn’t request a refund . Worst experience ever never go here and waste your money

Very disappointed! They advised the Luxe Box but told my husband they don’t sell them there. So he bought everything individually. The burrito was cold with just sour cream in it. The rest was basically a bean burrito. I threw it away. Chalupa had no cheese but lots of lettuce. Definitely won’t be going back.

I went to the bathroom and to my surprise I saw a huge pile of poop just chilling on the toilet rim. It was humongous, and dripping off the toilet. Besides the restroom, the food was trash. My taco melted from the bottom an all the filling fell out. The chicken Chalupa was so dry and when I put 4 packets of hot sauce, I didn’t taste anything like the hot sauce was past it’s due. Also, my 5 layer burrito was crispy hard and soft at the same time, I bit it and some mysterious liquid squirted in my mouth, I was beyond in shocked. The no choice saise was fine but the chips was actual chemicals, tasted like cleaning supplies and left a soapy feeling in ur mouth. Lastly, the service was terrible; ran by teens who don’t care about their jobs.

Will you all know I don’t really go to Taco Bell at all but I like to say this one here has everything fresh as can be the tacos were hot and crispy the Hi-C tropical punch was very delicious and you got the option to order from KFC as well so I got the large french fries on the side and they were delicious crunchy light flavorful like the chicken they serve it wasn’t greasy oily too much of my surprise everything was on point so if you guys are in that part of the woods check it out if the good place to go to. The lady that’s always helping me her name is Bianca and she’s is awesome her work crew gets it done

Whenever I’d work in this area Id grab tacobell before my long drive back home. Now they shut down taco bell at 9pm, when it says it closes at 9:30pm.

Sunday August 24th 2025 8:38pm whom ever is running the drive-threw should be fire there customer service is garbage if you hate your job or just having a bad day I understand but when there is no line and literally not one person there and you ask what can I get for you!!! And someone answers back can we get a minute please usually a sure let me know when your ready to order is what you hear but this girl was pushing and pushing for us the order asked me 4times when I asked 1min please and not even 30 seconds after agian what can I get for you agian may I get 1 second please so that happend over and over. And we were in the drive threw for less then 3 to 4 minutes. I get it today is sunday and you dont wanna be there and mabey you hate your job but dont be rushing people with an attitude when there no one there in line or inside.
