3 strikes, youre out. This was the third consecutive awful product in a row. This was supposedly made fresh, but it looks awful. First strike, they got my order wrong and once I was home I had the wrong toppings. Second time they gave me a cold, assuming old, pizza. This time tue quality is pretty poor too. It turns out I have to leave a review this time. Order the pizza supreme with all the good toppings the meats and the onions and the peppers, and then decided to go ahead and let them up sell me on the crazy bread. We show up a few minutes late from when it’s supposed to be picked up, and when we go in we’re told the crazy bread isn’t ready it’ll be 5 more minutes.
Of course we wait About 5 minutes and go in and they completely forgot about the order. But wait there’s more!
When we finally were able to sit down open up the pizza box at a picnic area we found that the pizza had not been cut. It is a round whole pizza.
The pizza was good, and I guess I’d rather have a pizza I have to cut the taste good then a pizza that’s well cut but taste terrible.
I just wish they understood that when you have bad service you need to do something for service recovery, even if it’s simply saying I’m sorry we will try to do better next time.

I’ve had the worst experience with Little Caesars ever at this location. I placed on online order at 4:50pm. My order was supposed to be done by 5:10. I showed up at approximately 5:15 and found that the pizza portal was out of order. It’s been out of order for months.
No one acknowledged me at the counter until about 5:20, in which I was told the order would be ready in 5 minutes.. after 5 minutes, I was told that they were cutting my pizza up and it would be right out.
Fast forward to 5:40 p.m. The food was not ready yet, and she mentioned that they were just now cooking the wings.
I asked for a refund at this point, and was told that they could not do that. The manager referenced the sign on the door. I posted a picture of the sign, it mentions that a refund could be made with receipt or return of product. She disagreed and told me that she could not help me. She said that she would reach out to the general manager. 5 minutes later she came out and indicated that she could give me a refund, but there wasn’t any way to make the food come out any faster from their ovens. I never realized that wings could take almost an hour to cook.
This is unacceptable. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a restaurant in my life. Both the original girl at the counter and the manager both lied and were unwilling to help. They had a really bad attitude about the whole situation.

This location is terrible. Rarely have any pizza ready from 4-8 when they’re not even that busy. 20 min wait today for partially burnt pizza. Not well run and too many incompetent employees. Never again

Stopped in for a Veterans Day personal pan pizza and drink. Hats off to this restaurant for giving a free meal to veterans. I’ve used this place twice in the past for dinner because each year we stop in on Veterans Day. Front counter worker was very nice and the pizza was already “ready to go.” The taste was wonderful! If you need some quick pizza – this way is really good! The crust is crunchy and that’s what we like.

I am highly disappointed. I haven’t had little Caesars in over 10 years, just because I wasn’t near any, so I was excited to get myself a large pizza. Unfortunately the pizza was not cooked enough so it taste like an at home frozen pizza I had microwaved instead of cooking in the oven.
