To start I want to say that I love Taco Bell, I usually prefer to drive a bit and go to the one on the 60. But this one is just on the way home. EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME THEY MESS UP MY ORDER. I always pay to upgrade my crunchy tacos into Doritos tacos. They charge me and NEVER upgrade them. Today I bought 3 Doritos tacos SUPREME. Guess what I got? Not Supreme. But did they charge me as Supreme tacos? OF COURSE.

Did a mobile order and they got every thing wrong. How hard is it to not put lettuce on a taco? And not only on one taco but all 3?! Even on my receipt it says no lettuce so how hard was it to not do that? Never going back at all

This was my first time ordering a breakfast quesadilla sausage. It cost $3.89. I kinda liked it. It was ok. I love eating chicken and steak chalupas from here. The orange juice cost $2.29, which seems too small for a medium size. The chalupas cost $5:89 but it is always worth it. I might not get the quesadilla sausage again. Even though it was ok. Good service. I appreciate the service. Hope you all have a great day.

Terrible customer service & food. I’m not sure why they even have cashiers in there if they don’t want to take orders & direct you to a kiosk. That defeats the purpose of them being in the front of a cashier. Furthermore, the food was cold, salty & poorly made.

Do not go inside! They prioritize drive thru more than walk ins. Waited 30 mins for my food, while drive thru was constantly moving.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. (Not like the staff at your other location on Foothill) The lady at the front was very friendly and helpful she offered to help me but I was already done with my order she then offered to help the person at the other kiosk apparently they only spoke Spanish good thing that she spoke spanish too and was able to help them with a nice and friendly attitude at all time.
