What the HELL Taco Bell???!!! I hate you. My wife drags me there once in a while. Tiny tiny servings, high prices and the window people always ask if I want to donate to something etc. Why don’t you donate a man’s sized meal to a working man without being ripped off with tiny portions and God awfully tortilla chips? Just WHAT are those made of??? Every time I go to T. B. I leave pissed off!

I’m always concerned if my order is right or not and 99% they’ve left something out that I ordered, gave me something I didn’t order or just gave me the wrong order. The management I’ve mostly dealt with are so rude and intolerant that I’m afraid if I go inside to get my order politely corrected someone will just spit in my food. So sad since I do enjoy Taco Bell’s over all products but choose other places since it’s almost always a hassle.

Food was excellent. Cantina chicken bowl. They were out of large cups for my dragonfruit sparkling ice tea so I was given a free taco coupon! Awesome! I didn’t go inside so I’m not rating the atmosphere.

Ever since Taco Bell change their meat to me the food is subpar. I used to love Taco Bell the food was always delicious but they have changed their meat and went to something that you definitely can tell is not hamburger meat. Will I have to go back if they ever go back to the original meet yes otherwise I’ll never set foot in another taco bell!

So I had placed an order online thru DD for my wife, she goes to pick it up and the employees are giving her a hard time for a mobile order that I paid for!
They were being rude with her asking her 21 questions and did not make her feel comfortable at all
I told her I was going to go down there and complain which I should have but I think this review will help others be aware of they’re hostility.!
This was highly unacceptable and these employees need to be retrained and comee back with better customer service
If you don’t like working there, then dont.
Otherwise show customers the respect they deserve.

The “boxes” are always different at different locations. But calling to ask which ones they have was a huge mistake! “At first it was how can I help?” I asked what kind of boxes they had, she repnded with 3 of them.. I asked what were in the boxes .. after telling me what was in the first one (apparently her limit) she said she didn’t have time for “this” (obviously her job) She hung up on me! Thankfully I have other choices, but it bums me out they there customer service is rude.

This is a very nice Taco Bell! I frequent this place quite often and only once have they messed up my order. The people at the drive thru are really nice and today particularly, I was helped by a new person, she was SUPER friendly. Viviana is what my receipt said, Saturday morning around 10:30, 10/27/23. I was impressed by how popular she was!!
