Our experience at this Outback was truly exceptional. The service was outstanding—our server was incredibly attentive, checking on us often, making sure we loved our food, and paying attention to every detail from start to finish.
The food was absolutely delicious. The steak was cooked exactly the way we requested, the chicken was prepared perfectly without the original sauce and with extra cheese just as I asked, and the onion ring… to die for!
This Outback has definitely earned a spot on our list of places to return to every time we’re back in the city. Highly recommended!

First let me say that my waitress was extremely nice and accommodating! This is not about her!! We had a few hiccups with food but she quickly fixed it without us needing to send the food back.
However, I was a little taken back when I received my receipt for only $57.56 and I noticed the tip guide at the bottom had $15.18 as the minimum tip at 18%!! SHAME ON YOU! The tip should have only been $10.36. When I got ready to check out, which is actually on the table, it was already selected. I had to get the server to do it manually. I tipped $12 which I felt was more than sufficient for the service received. DEFRAUDING your customers is pure greed! This wasn’t a $1 difference!! It was a $5 difference. I hope someone in charge sees this and makes the necessary changes!!

Placed my order and food was ready on time! Jadyn brought out our food and was super polite! She assured us that everything was in the bag. It was still hot by the time we got home. 10 out of 10!! Best customer service!

I went towards the end of the night. About an hour from closing time. I ordered the Tawoomba Salmon and added a lobster tail. The food came out fairly quick and my server was really nice. My lobster tail was small, moldy, and squishy. The manager quickly replaced it. The baked sweet potato was really small. Enough for about ten forkfulls. The salmon was really, really salty. I order this dish often so I know what it is supposed to taste like. But this wasn’t it. I’m not sure what was up with the cook. After the manager replaced my lobster tail, I didn’t even bother telling him about the salmon because I didn’t want to seem like a complainer and it was about thirty minutes from closing. But the food was terrible. But the service was pretty good.

The atmosphere was nice and relaxed it was lunch time. I sat at the bar. Was a great time my bartender was awesome. Highly recommend when you are out shopping in Dawsonville. Good was really good, service was fast and friendly. I had the Allison’s chicken lunch portion, a nice house Salad.

Steve was truly an amazing server. He was quick, kind, informative, friendly, gave real advice on which meals most guests enjoyed, & made sure our needs & wants were exceeded. He went above & beyond — we will ask for him next time we visit!
The food was delicious. The coconut shrimp was quite a curious flavor—ultimately delicious and sweet. My table enjoyed the blooming onion, ribs, wings with hot sauce and nearly every type of salad.
We were really thrilled with Steve and will be back!

We went at about 4:15PM on a Friday so keep that in mind when reading this since we went before the real dinner rush, not sure what it’s like when it’s crazy busy, but: it was an absolutely awesome atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly and patient with us (we had never been to the Dawsonville location before since it’s so new). Our waitress Gina was super sweet and funny. 10/5 stars for drinks; presentation was obviously cared about and flavors were delicious (though definitely on the pricier side especially when getting extra shots added to regular drink orders). Food was displayed well and in copious quantity; I ultimately got 2 meals out of the steak special since I was able to take enough for another dinner home with me. Overall I think the husband and I have a new favorite restaurant! Props to the chef and bartender, and thanks to the manager for dropping by our table to check on us!

Had a nice steak. Bartender was our server. She did a good job, though the restaurant was way too busy for her to have tables. She sang a terrific, solo “happy birthday ” to a table behind us. Manager stopped to ask us about dining. We asked her for more coffee ☕️ which she got us. All together, a good experience!
