every time i go to this location the order is ALWAYS wrong like literally always. even though it’s the closest one it is not worth going here unless u want ur order to be wrong 99.98% of the time. girl with pink hair had nasty attitude when my family member asked for sauce she gave a dirty look and put like 5 sauces in the bag but when i came back to complain she wasnt as bold in front of her manager. the food is also not worth the price my burrito looked like a quesadilla. manager didnt care when i came back to complain, just wanted me out of there so they remade the order but clearly did not care to see where they messed up this place is horrible. posting a video of the “grilled cheese” burrito with literally no cheese grilled on it & the flat burrito we got

An amazing super fast working group, “Angel” obviously was a team leader who he was super cool dude, threw in some extra chicken tenders, biscuit n some fries for waiting time!
Will totally come back to try taco and get more tenders and sandwiches which were hot n fresh!

Today me and my wife came in to your store and was standing at the counter probably close to 10 min. The only person looking at us from the drive through position never acknowledged or offered help. When I asked if anyone was going to help us? She gave us a rude attitude and told us to wait. She had no customers she went back to help the kitchen crew. We finally got to order from a girl that got off her break to help us. Even after we received our order. I asked for some sauces and once again she responded with a snooby facial remark right in front of us again, as if she didn’t want to help.
Let me remind you if no action then your not doing your part as a store manager. And we will never return to our community KFC location again.
Drive through workers name starts with a Jas.
You should really check your reviews because I just noticed all the ones were not as a good image for the store.

Don’t try to get any of the food you actually want– You won’t get it. I got the wrong order the first time, and went on with my day because it was too much, then the next four times it was wrong, then the most recent it got it wrong so I got a refund, and tried to get the right order, because that is what I wanted, and then they got it wrong, AGAIN. Really, how hard is it to put the proper amount of Cinnabon delights in a bag, and how hard is it to make the quesadilla CHEESE, like I ordered, rather than chicken, with absolutely no sauce at all. I disregarded it before because people make mistakes but apparently this store likes to do orders with their eyes closed!

I never write google reviews so it has to be bad if I am. lol. Please avoid this location at all costs if possible. This is my third time going within 2 months and every time the staff look and move so slow and depressed. I’ve never had a Taco Bell with as many mistakes. Tonight my Cinnabon delights were burnt to a crisp and hard as rock with absolutely no cream on the inside. My Crunchwrap supreme had almost NO meat in it. And the time before that they gave me no sauces after asking for a lot. You’re better off somewhere else

Horrible. They don’t listen to any requests like no mayo on sandwiches & then they have the audacity to serve this “4 piece tenders”. I don’t even think all of these combined equal 1 tender. It’s just sad how lazy people can be & serve such poor quality food. No wonder this place is only 3.4 star now looking at the reviews.

Signs on door and drive thru clearly states that hours of operation are from 9:30-12:00. I arrived at 9:45 am to be told that they open at 10 am, so I patiently wait…and here’s the kicker, THEY DON’T SERVE BREAKFAST!

Drive-thru employee was very unprofessional, using profanity while refusing to let me customize an item on my order. What kind of Taco Bell refuses to allow customers to order green sauce to their food? This was as if Burger King or Jack In The Box refused to let someone order mustard to their burger. The service here is beyond horrible, just look at how many other 1 star reviews there are here!

Don’t recommend going to this location. Girl with pink hair is always being rude, always has an attitude! Last couple of times I went there and she was drive thru, she would give attitude and not even ask if you want sauce or anything like that. Just gives you your food and closes the window

It just surprises me how simple a job can be, yet so difficult for people to perform. It’s just a constant problem with this location the few times that I’ve poorly decided to eat here. The KFC never listens to requests like no mayo on sandwiches & instead feels like they not only ignore it but add extra to be funny. They are always slow for a reason. Never go here at all unless you want both a stomach & head ache. It’s so sad how lazy & disgusting people have become in the fastfood industry.
