They take forever on uber eats. Especially past 12am. I just want my taco bell but it took over an hour when its just a 5 minute drive . Just turn off your Uber Eats if you’re that busy (i can’t drive cuz im under the influence ) feelings are still valid tho. Shouldn’t take over an hour.

2nd time they mess up my order. I order chilli cheese burrito and I get no chilli….its always the night shift they mess it up. First time they replaced them but now its late and dont feel like driving again.

The worse location to get the tacos because they never have fresh shells. I’m not sure if they’re supposed to change them out after a certain time or they use them past expiration date but never fresh here.

Ok. I get it. It’s not authentic Mexican food. But hey, people like Panda Express and say that’s authentic Chinese food. BUT!!!!! Buuuutt, when you have that weird craving for it, you just gotta go to satisfy that need. People grew up eating Taco Bell; I was a Taco Bell kid, with the Chihuahua “Yo qiero Taco Bell” commercials. It’s got their flare of food that I personally like. That being said, this location is chill, music vibes are good. Employees are on point, very friendly and chill. Food was quick in n out type. I are there a couple times, the vibe is good. People doing their thing, families enjoying themselves. Honestly, nothing to complain about. Only good vibes.

Normal Taco Bell but I was here at 1 o’clock on a Saturday and they were like eight cars in front of me and we haven’t moved in like five minutes so yeah they really should hire some more people for lunch cause like obviously it gets busy.

I was getting groceries at Albertsons next door so I decided to do a pickup order for this taco bell. I made the order for a drive through pickup but when I got there the drive through was packed and the inside was fairly empty. I decided to just go inside for pickup since the order still showed it being made on the app so i waited. At the 20 minute mark from the time my confirmation email was received I decided to let them know I was inside and waiting on my order. I waited at the counter and was ignored by Mini which is the name I was eventually given by the manager. 5 minutes goes by and I get her attention and tell her I ordered for drive through pickup and wanted to see if it was ready. She acts like she’s going to check but doesn’t come back for another 5 minutes. Now the order has been processed 30 minutes ago so I ask what’s going on. She gives me an attitude and says it will be out soon. More people are coming in ordering and getting their food. A different lady comes out and says it’s because I didn’t check in which is did. She rushes in the back but now more than 5 minutes pass. A younger employee comes to the front and is filling the bike with sauce packets. I ask to speak to a manager. We are past 40 minutes at this point. The second lady i talked to comes out again. I ask her why in the world is it taking 40 minutes to make 12 tacos and why everyone in the restaurant came in after me and already sitting and eating. She said it was no excuse. I showed her my order again and she proceeds to try and give me the wrong order. They didn’t even know what order they were supposed to be making even though I showed them multiple times. There needs to be some kind of retraining or something done at this location. By the time I get my food of course it’s cold and soggy.
