Pretty good. You might notice a few reviews of customers saying they didn’t get any meat. Here is another one. If the entree is mixed for example a noodle dish or something with a lot of vegetables then the meat is shaved and portioned super small. Mostly water chestnuts etc..

First time coming here, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. To be honest, it’s just not the greatest looking place (from the outside).
Upon entering, I was greeted by a cheerful staff and observed a very clean and tidy appearance to the sparse dining room area.
All the food I ordered was made fresh, no big warming pans full of hours old food to be ogling.
I ordered General Tsao’s chicken and an order of Crab Rangoon…

I used to love this place but the last few times I have went, the sweet and sour chicken is so over cooked and dry. It’s inedible. It’s like jerky. To top it off… YOU ARE A CHINESE RESTAURANT… if you have an issue giving people soy sauce, the choose another restaurant to operate. When i ask for extra soy sauce, and you give me 2 packets per meal. It’s ridiculous. I would have paid for more if you would have told me you wouldn’t give it to me.

I went here because it was Tuesday and all Asian restaurants in Lake Worth except this one are closed on Tuesdays. I had pork fried rice and there was barely any meat in it and barely any vegetables either. Not much at all, so it was just rice. Nice bag. I wonder why they don’t want you seeing inside from the drive thru? They pasted menus over all the windows so no one can see in.

I would normally give 5 stars for the food but last Tuesday, Nov. 4th I picked up several dishes. I was eating the leftovers from the Pepper with Beef a couple of days later and found a bristle off a wire brush in my food. Lucky I didn’t swallow it or I could have wound up with a perforated intestine. Please staff, be more careful!

They have an order E13 which is shrimp with string beans but I specifically said E13 meal with mix vegetables and steamed white rice, all I got were green beans and onions. No mix vegetables and no shrimp. My order has never been wrong in the last 3yrs I’ve been to this place. I called them to let them know that they messed up my order and all I got was that I can go back and they can fix my order and just pay the difference. Makes no sense going back using up my gas for me to get the order I had originally ordered.

90% of the sesame chicken I ordered was just fried batter. It’s good sauce but nothing inside. I’m not sure why it was so pricey for sugary batter. Don’t come here.

I went here today, 10/31/25 the food took a severe nose dive. It was absolutely horrible. It used to be decent. But, I don’t know what happened. It is absolutely nasty, disgusting. I wasted 40 dollars. I threw everything in the trash. Just gross.

I had never been to a Chinese fast-food restaurant, but Rice Xpress was my first experience. I went on a Saturday night, they were pretty busy. There were two ladies in the front. The Asian lady was running around very busy but glanced at me a few times with a smile. I waited for her to address me, and when she did, I asked if I could substitute one thing with another. Her answer was no. Everything is as it comes. Okay, no problem. I decided on the Shrimp Pad Thai, Crab Ragoon, and Egg Drop Soup. My order was done within a matter of ten minutes. I looked it over, tipped, and left the establishment.
The food was hot and good. The pad thai, which was well seasoned, had approximately seven shrimp. The Crab Rangoon was also good. I would go back 3/5. It’s Chinese fast food, which was good and satisfying.
