The most basic and stripped down TB I’ve ever experienced. Actually the most stripped down restaurant ever. You had to get let in the restroom, ask (no beg) for napkins, and there were no trash cans outside to name a few things. Perhaps if you were going to utilize the drive thur only things may be different but I doubt it. There was plenty of parking, but perhaps that’s because there were no customers there.

For the past 5 years, whichever DM or GM running this restaurant should be fired. There’s has always been issues here when ordering online and in person.
You’re paying a premium price for a small portion. You can spend less amount of money at Chipotle and have way more food.

Horrible customer service today Saturday 7/8 at about 8pm from the girl working the register/drive-thru. I ordered here last time and even though she gave me attitude for asking for hot sauce last time, when supposedly they were out, then magically two customers later I see her hand out hot sauce to another customer who ask, then wants to drop it in my hand. I let slide, because everyone has there days, but then again today. I walk in, order off the app and wait for my order or name to be called just like last time or anytime I’ve order Taco Bell off their new system or off the app now. There wasn’t a red flag until I watched this lady come in after me and order for her and her kids and get their order before I do. I go up and ask if my order is ready and she turns around and the order that has been sitting there for at this point I don’t know how long, just so happens to be mine. Of course, then of course she didn’t put any hot sauce in my bag even though once again I added it to the app. She wants to give me an attitude for asking for the hot sauce, then she drops it in my hand, and then purposely I feel adds ice to the tip top, like if I’m not going to notice or something. Good thing I was eating there and just dumped the drink out and refilled it, but this is the worst customer service I have had and that’s saying something for a fast food location. My expectations are not that high. I would never visit this location and I would warn others to never visit this location as long as she is working the customer service counter. Do better Taco Bell please.

Its 10:15am and these people are inside and not helping us through the drive thru. I drove to the window and the 2 workers looked at me and started hiding. Hello I could see you guys through the window hiding. Why hire employees that don’t want to work. I wouldn’t recommend this taco bell to anyone. Taco bell use to have really good nachos. But not anymore. They have been cutting way to many corners and the food has gotten worse. I ordered the nacho bell grande anc got no meat or tomatoes whatsoever. All beans with some sour cream and a little bit of nacho cheese. This is after they gave me the wrong order. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Today I ordered the beef chalupa but when I got home (20 min drive) I noticed they gave me the chicken chalupa. I’ve been calling this location and they aren’t answering the phone and I love too far to drive back up there for a $5 item.
The bathroom soap dispenser wasn’t working in one of the restrooms either.
I’ll be calling corporate on Monday since this location isn’t answering their phone. This is understandable.

So I went to the drive thru just now after work around 10:05…. A worker in a white Nissan yells to three cars including me that they’re closed…(she might be the manager) and I asked her what time they closed and she says 10:30pm lol so I just decided to take pics and I will be calling corporate tomorrow… and clearly it says drive thru closes at 2am smh

I’ve been 0/3 at this Taco Bell. The first time they stated they “weren’t ready” even though it was a 6pm on a Friday night. I literally drove here and had to turn back. The second time they didn’t have a Mexican pizza and I had to order something else. The third time I ordered a Mexican pizza and it was missing sauce on like half of the food, and they didn’t cut the pieces into 4. It tasted so bad as well. I’m going to drive further at this point to avoid this Taco Bell
